Though I prefer the art style of the 1st one. Well maybe the art style isn't the right word. Atmosphere?
The first is my favorite. I don't dislike the second though.
Fun fact: the actor who voices Joseph also voices Adam in the new game Stellar Blade.
I love that these two games carved out a bit of a space for themselves in the genre and damn were they unique and fun. Unfortunate to hear about the closure, but their legacy is set!

I mean, she's a therapist so I trust her opinion. She's probably seen a lot of awful shit. Its important to remember that theres a lot of evil out there. But its even more important to understand that theres an evil within, too.

The Evil Within series as a whole had a great concept, just wish they came out with one last game before they shut down, thanks Microsoft.
I love 1 for the story, still need to complete the DLC and 2 for game play and the upgrade system.

That sucks that we might never get a Evil Within 3 game because these 2 games were awesome and if they do ever setup a 3rd game hopefully they really make sure to follow the story
Will you do hi fi rush next or after your next project one of the achievements is bugged and can be hard to get love the content and might give the evil within 1 and 2 a shot and nice vid ANd KEEP IT UP!!!

The Akumu mode is torture, but the Kurayami achievement is the stuff for true masochists!
Even before i start watching this i know it will be for me some of best achievement grind.
I love Evil Within, for me is one of my best game series and because i found this i found even Resident evil.
I am so sad we never get end of this story, I love first game and DLC with SafeHead is hell good and satisficing to bonk enemyes.
Second game is master piece to but i personaly am sad they didnt follow the first game story so i was waiting for third game....
Well now is waiting over but not in good way (=w=) R.I.P. One they i will do my own grind for to.
Evil within is ALSO one of my favourites and when I read about the news… dude my heart BROKE. I was totally banking on a new evil within soon, I guess not :(

just a heads up for anyone who's wanting to unlock all the evil within 2 achievements the game Will give you these cheats if you sign onto a Bethesda account it'll give you the option in the main menu cheats such as super straight one shot kill's anything invisibility and unlimited sprint having them turned on will not effect achievement progress I've gotten all the difficulty achievements unlocked even you asked for it...again
I was both purely malding and tweaking when I heard that Tango Gameworks was getting shut down. Not only are we not gonna get The Evil Within 3, we're not gonna know what in the world happened to Joseph.

Oh geez that stinks I was looking forward to an evil within three since it was sort of left on a cliffhanger In the evil within two.
Rip tango hope developers get back together and try make tango again or close to it maybe tangerine haha I did this getting all achievements and dlc one's too very good and damn the akumu mode and dlc executioner was difficult but I'd go through it again if tango was still around f uck Microsoft and Xbox for killing them mismanaging pieces of crap
Jazzy I know a game I think you will enjoy that has some challenge but is really fun it is Roboquest and I think you would enjoy since you enjoyed hell singers
I never played Evil Within, and my following statement has little to do with it. As an achievement hunter/completionist who does this for a living, a cool idea would be to slowly work your way into the game development scene. It could eventually put you in a position where you could continue your favorite series that may be discontinued or breathe new life into a dying series. Personally, I would find a way to breathe life into Fear or make a return to form in Dragon Age (DA2 was a sorry excuse of a DA game and DA:I felt too streamlined. Fear has been dead in the water for a while, sadly.)
Q: will we ever see a monster hunter game done either rise or world?, or is it because the rng achievements it would be too lengthy

Bit of a shame about the closure. At least the 2nd game had a happy ending so at least the series ended on a positive note, mostly
