More of the tax base is leaving the City of Newark and going to other people. You need to hire people who live in the town for at least 5 years.
They won't hire Newark residents in their town. Let's be real about this.
Newark should go to the high schools and hire the young, not people who don't live in the town. The city needs to concentrate on ending poverty in Newark. People who live in the suburbs should apply to be a fireman in their town.
Go to the funeral homes use those stacs and compare all the youths etc that was murdered here in Newark, numbers should be different, get the Fed's stacs as well, categories are broken down, by age, race etc, SIMPLY PUT.
