The Kim Wilde show is worth the price alone!
She was ah-mazing!!! ❤️
Also, it's crazy how Kim Wilde still sounds like a teenager! And she'll be 63 years old this year!
Agreed, she was outstanding! We’re so lucky to get a chance to see her perform!
We're the kids in America...Whoa!
So good!!
Wow, I just want to say I’m impressed
Kim Wilde is still sounding great…Hope your voice holds out the whole trip…Love Keith’s Levi Jacket…Looks like you guys are still having a blast in this video…!!!
Yes!! Kim Wilde is an amazing performer, and she still sounds just the same as she did back in the 80s. She rarely tours (and never in the US) so this was quite a treat to get to see her! My voice never improved, but it's my own fault... I managed to survive and have almost recovered, LOL!
Wasn't In Living Color on the other 80s cruise? That's so cool. Talk about poolside entertainment!
yes, it was Living Colour. In Living Color was the crazy 90s TV show.
Ha ha, yes! We were so glad to see them return. Corey Glover always ends up in the pool, lol!
It was so nice to see Kim Wilde perform two of my favorites!!! Kids In America & Keep Me Hanging On!!!
Kim still looks and sounds great! She put on an amazing performance!!
She has some other great ones too
Kim Wilde fantastic! 😊
She sure was!!
That Kim wade kids in America is in dance dance revolution I have the game
Great song!
@@Our80sLife I agree I'm listening to it right now
Wow would love to be at 😎 😎 😎 fantastic best wishes Bowstar
Looks like y’all are having fun!!!
i was there i was hanging with vixen
Battle of the bands night was amazing! Now the Humpty Hump outfit was absolutely the highlight for me. But the Humpty dance has a special place in my heart. Haha
So good!! It's funny because I didn't recognize him at the time, but the Humpty costume was actually being worn by the Cruise Director, lol! We'll be interviewing him next week on our podcast, stay tuned!
Living Color sounded great!
Did LA GUNS play Over the Edge from Point Break? Love that song!!!!
Thanks for watching!! Yes, someone in our cruise group posted the set list from that show, and it was the third song. Sorry we missed recording it for you though :(
I am really looking forward to Jessie’s Girl. But I have learn something from 2022. Do NOT sit at the end with stairs. Drunks fall ON TOP of you going down AND up!!!
Yikes, LOL!!
Kelly Clarkson, for her show during the segment of Kellyoke, sang "(I Just)" Died In Your Arms by Cutting Crew. It was just posted today.
Cool! It's such a great song!!
A+ video!
So cool and so high quality!
Already watched the video twice.
Thanks so much!!
Just seeing you 80’s videos for the first time. I viewed the cabbage patch kids video and really enjoyed going back in history 😊I saw that you had an African American doll as well but didn’t show her. I bought my daughter one in the eighties that looked similar and was wondering if her name was Estra.
Hey Antoinette, welcome!! That's one of our older videos, ha! Yes, that AA doll was actually Keith's from his childhood, but unfortunately we don't have her birth certificate so we didn't know her name. When he was a kid, his mom got on a waiting list during the initial Cabbage Patch craze and got him that doll. Anyway, she's adorable but we might just need to choose a new name for her!
There's no doubt that Corey Glover had a blast on this year's cruise! He was much more reserved last year because he didn't know what to expect, but I think he felt totally comfortable this time around.
His band mates kept threatening to send him home with other cruisers, lol! That guy is a trip! 😆
Aww, I was hoping for some LA Guns footage. Is that the show you skipped?
Yes. Sorry 😞 We were just plain tired… only made it to 4 shows that day! 🤪
Our next door neighbor here in coastal North Carolina was on that cruise. Said it was one of the best, yet
Cool! We agree, so fun!!
You guys look great hope u enjoyed it
Thanks Charlene, we absolutely did!
I really liked that sign that Cory Glover did at the end, with a mix of the X and the peace sign.
That photo of the Go-Go's cover was the theme of the act by Drew Barrymore. She gave the induction speech for them for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Kim Wilde sounded and looked great!
Sunset Boulevard sound great too!
Just incredible how bright and vibrant they designed that place.
I thought the Go-Go's costumes were so clever, and it was cute seeing them around the ship that night. Those ladies really committed to their costumes... they even wore them to the concerts! All of the music acts were great, and Kim was among the very best! Sunset Boulevard was a wonderful 80s cover band. They won a contest to get a chance to perform on the cruise and put on a killer show! They were also our neighbors on Deck 3 and really friendly too!
@@Our80sLife They were your neighbors! So many great stories...
What a great time! Sad we’re going to miss it next year 🙁.
Agreed ❤️
Great video guys! Can't wait to see you guys again next year! 💖
Thanks Bonnie! We’re so happy you guys are cruising again with us next year, yay!!

L.A. GUNS....WHAT?!
What can I say, we were slackers 🙃
And also, totally exhausted!
Oh,gosh, for a minute there,I thought you were actually going to see the band XTC!!
That would be a rare experience,as the almost never perform live!
It was EXTC,a band that I am unfamiliar with.
Also, regarding the story that I have been writing, about shrunk Abby, part 2 was a ‘to be continued’ moment.
I offer a chose your own adventure moment,Abby!
Do you choose to find the discarded contraption at the garbage dump (which may or may not return you to normal size,or do you not find it,and continue being 5 inches tall, and all of the adventures that come with it?
I leave it up to you, tiny Abby!
Well, it is the same band... kind of. XTC has a complicated story, but essentially they broke up and the drummer, Terry Chambers, has formed his own band called EXTC (approved by former XTC frontman Andy Partridge) so they can play some of the XTC song catalog; although, we didn't recognize many of their songs and they sound very different from the original.
Of course, I choose to find the discarded contraption... who wants to live their life inside a hamster ball?! LOL!!
Oh!
Very interesting,I’m a bit out of the loop,I didn’t realize that they had disbanded.
Oh!
Very interesting,I’m a bit out of the loop,I didn’t realize that they had disbanded.
Ha,I figured as much, your wish is my command,Tiny Abby.
Expect a few surprises along the way back to regular size!
We’re all set for 2024!,,
Same! 🛳️
@@Our80sLife I hope we bump into each other!! What night themes are you hoping for?
Yes! We made a suggestion for a Saturday Cartoon theme - it would be fun to dress as our favorite cartoon characters (there were SO many!) and munch on cereal, etc. But we love all the themes, so I'm sure whatever ECP comes up with will be great!
