The album wasn't the greatest, but their live show when he was the singer for Van Halen was probably the best VH show I ever saw. They did a healthy mixture of Dave and Sammy era VH, which you got from neither of the two other singers on their own, and they sounded fantastic.
They sound amazing. It took me a second to remember that Nuno injured himself so that’s why he’s sitting. But this is an incredible display of LIVE musicianship. Cheers.
I get its just a rock cruise and everything, they should of invested in interactive back drops and better lights....Feels like watching Mcjager on a Mcdonalds patio

This is the Album version arrangement. I am glad they changed it back for live. Gary Cherone is one of the best Band frontmen out there.
Yea he is. He doesn’t get the respect he deserves. Him and nuno are both very different yet both very special performers

I can respect someone a lot more who makes a mistake compared to someone who relies too much on backing tracks or lip syncs. You guys sound great

@@argi0774they use a backing track only for effects, and horns. and you can hear that they’re really actually playing live here.

Rise is great. However, there are 10 other songs EVEN BETTER on the album! Just avoid X Out. Best album of the year.

Surprised to hear quite a few mistakes at the start but he has had some issues with his legs etc. he even apologised. 01:17. guy is my hero. ❤
