- As the R34 GTR rebuild series comes to an end, a proper battle was needed. @AdamLZ challenged us to a race to see whose GTR was the faster machine, and the results were shocking. I think we should agree to disagree that both cars are fairly different, but both very cool cars.
But at the end of the day only one of the cars was built, the other was bought from a catalogue...
And only tommy is impressed by catalogue shoppers.

As someone who is around the GTR game here in Australia, it’s genuinely refreshing to see more sensible builds out racing against each other and having fun, just shows you don’t need a billet block and a pro-mod turbo to have fun.
LOVE To hear this from an aussie. absolutely stoked theres people out there with a brain

Let's be honest it's a lot easier to build a better car than somebody when the other one is already done and you both have pretty much unlimited budgets for this build... But I guarantee as both of you come across more rare parts you'll both continue to evolve them to faster better cars

What does that matter? You woke up and chose to be miserable, why? If you’re an actual fabricator and build cars good for you, not everyone is, and if you’re not then you haven’t built any cars either. Sooooo…. Why are you watching? Jealousy and anger? I just don’t get people like you at all.
Tommy ain’t got the pockets to pay for it so Tj’s hard work built the funds to fund the build.

This was such a good video Adam looked absolutely devastated after the first runs but at the end to see both of you happy is what friendship is really all about!! Adams car has been put together for so long now that it’s impressive how well TJ’s 34 did in those 🇲🇽 runs!! FYeah Spec for the W babyyyyy!!!

The caliber of content in the R34 Series is beautiful, I find myself waiting in anticipation for the next upload. Please make more episodes in this style. Maybe I've been traumatized by my shop days but sometimes the chaos at your CA shop gives me PTSD. Hope I get another chance to see the R34 in the Northeast.

Damn this really shows Tommy and his crew know what they’re doing. Adams car is stunning, and will probably be way faster once it’s 100%… but it’s been together for 3 years. Tommy put a car together in 3 days with a fancy engine, bolt-ons, & a tune and delivered a winner that day. Congrats to all u guys and the crews that put those cars together

The real win is us living through y'all with all the cool cars. I would want to combine both Adam's and Tj's R34s if i could have my own. I love Adam's engine bay, but I love the Z-tune kit, the HKS 2.8, and the LMGT4s. I love skylines and Nissan as a whole. This series is a dream come true ❤

Stroker setups fix a lot of the drivability issues of the RB26 - unless you like constantly revving the motor to the moon. Would love to see an Australian setup in Adams car, the workshops down here really pushed the RB development after tuners like JUN, HKS, Veilside stopped drag racing them

13:50 that’s why Tommy try’s to hard saying his builds are the best or that oem plus bolt on parts are the way to go..
we use bolt on parts because theyre proven, work, and are replaceable. fabrication is a waste of time and money. adams bay is beautiful

Tommy installed parts on a car. There was no building. There is no customized parts. There's really nothing about this car that impresses me at all. It's just a R34 with over priced car parts on it. That's all it is
