Got the same setup in the ol lbz makes the Bose sound a lot cleaner

I just purchased the DMH-W4660NEX Double Din head unit. I was curious as to why no one has posted a installation tutorial based on Pink Wire/ Car Speed Signal Input, Blue, White System Control Terminal, and the Green Parking Brake cable (not to bypass).
I just removed my AVH-X3500BHS head unit that I installed back in 2014. The green parking brake wire came with a red clamp. Now, it's just a wire on the new unit. Is Pioneer cheapening out?

Well, I was able to kinda “plug and play” my head unit in and didn’t really need those things. If I had to install it from scratch and needed those things, then I would have shown it as I did in my other double din install videos here on the channel.
Maybe they are, it is hard to say. I actually prefer Alpine and Kenwood over Pioneer after owning all 3.

What size double dins fit in the 2006 2500hd? Is it 6.2” or 6.8”?
