It’s wonderful he’s being open about crying. Men are human and feel pain and sadness equally the same as woman. Sorry for both of your losses, life is hard and incredibly sad and unfair but you HAVE to get up. You HAVE to keep going. Even if you’re emotionally, physically and mentally drained. And don’t be afraid to speak out.
This guy pleasantly amazes me. I knew nothing about him before "I'm A Celebrity....". However, the way he carried his wife during her grief for the loss of her brother made me wistful for my ex-partner, who I felt never really knew how to deal with my awful pain of losing my own beloved sister. He was there for me in a physical sense and I will always give him credit for that, but for all those times when all I needed was a few words of comfort they rarely materialised from him. It's only since time has moved on I realise he, too, was suffering his own trauma by default as it was him who discovered my sister's body. By watching this interesting guy's insightful interview, it has made me see things a bit differently from my ex's point of view.

This guy is incredible. He communicates his humanity so well. I’m sure he won’t agree but he’s a good role model for young lads

I used to think he was just a gobby scouser but Tony is as real as it gets. A real man.. who's not afraid to say what he is and how he feels.
6:29 very true . Having said that one in 5 people in uk are on antidepressants.
