Various and sundry thoughts... * When I saw the length of this video, I was like, did ABC really do a two-minute promo for "Ryan's Hope"? * At 0:04, I've never seen Louise Shaffer looking so soft and feminine before. * When I first saw the couple in bed at 0:20, I thought it was two guys. That's one of the Patrick recasts, right? * I thought Randall Edwards was good on the show, but she was lacking Ilene Kristen's wounded bird vibe, the nervous energy and vulnerability. On the flip side of that coin, I think Nicolette Goulet was probably the best of the Mary recasts, but she didn't have Kate Mulgrew's moxie. * This show had a lot of recasts. Some worked. Some worked really well, And some didn't work well at all. * The show had a lot of curly/wavy haired men on in 1979.... Seneca, Tom, Frank, Roger, Patrick... and I was so there for it.
Thanks. I'm surprised they even bothered to present this Pat in the promo given how short his stint was.
