It's time for diplomacy between the two countries Armenia and Azerbaijan to stop flag waiving and agitating each other and to seek to protect civilians of all sides, right previous wrongs and prosper together. Pashinyan recognized Nagorno-Karabakh as Azeri territory.
Claiming that Russia should have intervened is therefore a ludicrous claim.
The Azeri's have the right to move their troops on their own territory and when they moved their troops into Nagorno Karabakh it was not an invasion, but merely an internal matter.
He also didn't supply any troops to defend the Nargono and wanted the Russ to do it all alone. Basically a thin plot to divide and trap them in a two-front battle on behalf of his OTA handlers.

Why can't the two of you do that when countries ask you to leave?
Countries have been asking the two of you to leaves for months, decades, and years. But you refuse, insisting you know what's best for the countries making such requests or demands. Or they have no such authority to make you leave. Or any excuse to stay beyond your welcome or invitation.
A country ask you to vacate their premises. Just withdraw, leave, pack up your goods and men and go!
Another Ukrain is Armenia.
Russian troops at the borders can be replaced by Turkish ones -after all, they belong to NATO, and Pashinyan's desire is clearly to join NATO as soon as possible. The easiest way would be to become a part of the neighbor state.
