240g (2 cups) icing sugar
280g (1 cup) unsweetened peanut butter
180g (1 cup) dark chocolate 75% + 32g (2 tablespoons) of peanut butter

We make these too! We use chunky peanut butter and milk chocolate. We love dark chocolate, but this recipe begs for sweet chocolate. It reminds me of childhood and Reese's. thanks for sharing yours. I have forwarded it to my sister, she will love it!

I bought 2 pastry mats like that, but I don't use them any more. BOTH times, my best friend misunderstood their purpose, and tried to use them as a CUTTING BOARD. (Facepalm)
