Like I said in the video, while I may have known what to expect from Home Free and Don McLean when they opened their mouths and started singing, because of how familiar I am with their voices, I was not expecting to hear that or for it to be that powerful at all, from any of them, along with Don McLean, and I loved every second of it! Because, if I'm perfectly honest, their voices just have, and always will, have so much control over those who listen to each because of how much power and enjoyment they have to them, and also because their voices are just beautiful. And they always amaze me with their voices, and I can definitely see why because Home Free is such an amazing a capella group and Don McLean is such an amazing singer!
If you're a fan of Home Free and Don McLean like me, then I'm glad we're fans of such an amazing a capella group and such an amazing singer.
And like I would've said in the video, but chose not to because I didn't want the video to be too long, please show my Glee videos some love because they are in desperate need of some.
And if you are not a fan of Glee, I'm sure you will find them interesting since that's been the case for some people. Not to mention, there are some Glee songs that are so much better than the original, and I actually did my own "Top 100 Glee Songs I Prefer More Than The Original" to prove my point. And also, just because it was my birthday, I even did "Top 120 Glee Songs I Prefer More Than The Original" as well!

I love Home Free's music so much, especially since all of their songs are so powerful and enjoyable every time you listen to them! I just don't know they do it and I know I never will because they always blow my mind with the talents from each of the members, along with Don McLean in this case!
And like I also said in the video, if I'm being perfectly honest, I loved every second of it, and I am definitely going to be giving it a 10/10 for being absolutely amazing, as well as extremely enjoyable and obviously very powerful, and that’s pretty much all I have to say about them and their breathtaking rendition of "Vincent" featuring Don McLean, but one thing's for sure, I am still stunned, and I know they're going to continue making me feel that way because they always do!
This was an amazing video to watch and an amazing song by Home Free and Don McLean, and not just because of how I found it to be extremely enjoyable but also extremely powerful at the same time, which is the case with all of their songs!
I've heard amazing and powerful songs before, but when it comes to people like the members of Home Free, Don McLean, and the members of Pentatonix, their vocals are something else, and this song by Home Free featuring Don McLean is definitely something I will never forget!

This song is over 50 years old. Don McLean wrote it after reading about Vincent Van Gogh’s tragic life. His paintings (which were in the background) didn’t become famous until after his death by suicide. Loved Don’s voice - he’s 78 and sounds great! HF always sounds so good. Loved them being put in a painting too. Good one! 😍
It's amazing that the song is over 50 years old! And yes I had a feeling that Don McLean wrote it after reading about Vincent Van Gogh's tragic life, upon seeing his paintings in the background. And I'd also heard about how his paintings didn't become famous until after his death by suicide and I just think that's shocking. And I also loved Don's voice because he really did sound great, especially for a 78 year old! And Home Free does always sound so good and I also loved it when they got put into a painting too! Such a masterpiece! 😍

Of course. To both of those. This breathtaking cover of 'Vincent' by Home Free featuring the original artist Don McLean really is such a beautiful tribute to Vincent Van Gogh. And I do find it very shocking that his paintings didn't become famous until after his death by suicide. But at least he was honoured beautifully by such an amazing singer with such an amazing a capella group.

You really should do American Pie. It is fabulous. It is sort of amazing that Don asked them to join him on the rerecording of his 2 most iconic songs. They also backed him on the title track of his new album, American Boys. There's an audio only version on Don's channel. It's a bop.
Okay well seeing as you think I really should do American Pie I will definitely consider it. It may be very long but that will not stop me from enjoying it so much and loving it with all my heart. And that's also really interesting to know that Don McLean asked Home Free to join him on the rerecording of his 2 most iconic songs. I did not know that until now.
Home Free guys are big fans of Don McLean and Don is a fan of Home Free, enough so that he invited them do to 50 year covers of both songs as he trusts them to make his masterpieces new masterpieces, upgraded if you will. Nothing will ever replace the original songs but having both by Don 50 years apart is something so special in the music world. Don McLean covering his own songs and inviting Home Free along for this is partly why they sound so good on both, IMHO, they are in awe of Don and perhaps adding that little percentage of extra effort to make thees songs as memorable as the originals are.
That's so heartwarming that Home Free are big fans of Don McLean, and I love that Don is a fan of Home Free! And I love that he invited them to do 50 year covers of both songs as he trusts them to make masterpieces new masterpieces, and definitely upgraded, as I definitely will! And yeah nothing will ever replace the original songs but those covers definitely have something so special in the music world, there is no arguing about that! Don McLean doesn't write lyrics - he puts poetry to music. Home Free are the perfect collaborators. They always respect the artist and the artist's conceptualization of the music. I'm so sorry to hear about your toe - have you banged it on something (perhaps it's not athlete's foot . . . ).
That is very well said! I agree with every word because of how it all speaks the truth! And as for as I can remember, I haven't banged my toe on anything lately, and I know it's athlete's foot because it has little spots forming on it and the skin is starting to peel off a little.
