I used to drink water from a copper pot each morning. I’ve developed a taste for fresh lemons in my water. The electrolytes energize me so much! Growing up I found that water cured in a glass jar in the Arizona sun tasted better than anything else. Cheers! 🥂🌵

My body needs so much help, I am going to try this. I do like lemon water but I never charged it in the sun. I really need to focus on hanging in there, trying to take care of this body and wait for the medbeds. I look forward to being whole again, no pain. I don’t know what the future holds but I want to be able to help my community in some way. I used to love gardening and growing but my back and health prevents me. Maybe a community garden, flowers, fruits, vegetables and nut trees. Like a tiny farm that everyone can contribute time and enjoy the rewards (and of course share with others) is something that sits in my heart because I am in a big city and miss natural surroundings.
I'm not so gung ho on the med beds. Not sure about them yet. There is another modality in use at this time. It's called the EESystem. Dr. Sandra Rose Michael created it. I've heard really positive things about it and, from what I understand, it's available all over the place. Do some research and learn for yourself. Blessings to you.

Thank you for the important and insightful updates Ismael ❤ My son is 17 years old and has autism, just recently he's been having seizures 😢 they seem to occur everytime there are ongoing M and X class flares, I'm working on a mix of CBD and THC oil, There is no support in my town, the doctors are indoctrinated and have minimal knowledge about medical cannabis. I do not want to see my son have another seizure, it's so Traumatizing 😢
I would do more research on that , certainly it would calm him , but the flares are coming in and so it’s not from inside the body, it’s certainly effecting a lot of us , ,
The pollen is very high in the air it is a contributing issue add an antihistamine such as 180 Allegra , generic is cheaper. I’m no doctor just experienced with what pollen can do to some people it’s worth trying

I watched this after the live was over, but probably a good idea for you to get a moderator for your chats. I'm sure someone would volunteer. The chat was super toxic with someone's victim drama she wanted to spew all over everyone. I caught it even in the replay. Yikes.
Its your container. I'd say keep clean boundaries and rules for your chats, and don't allow energy vampires/discord masters in the back door in your chats. Its super toxic. Its just a reflection in some ways of the lower frequencies wanting to take people off track, but you don't need to allow it to contaminate the space.
Otherwise you had some really important information you were sharing about super galactic centre and frequencies right now and you summarized it very well. Thank you for sharing it.

Thanks Ismael for another informative video. About water, I studied water extensively. When I lived in the US I would make my own distilled water, which I highly recommend because of all the flouride they put in the water. I would also put my distilled water in the sun to energize it. I also added minerals to the water. Now I live in the Philippines and we buy our filtered water but I still put it in the sun.

Not scared as much as I think the different frequencies are affecting my pain levels between the HAARP energy and the Schumann energy. Literally bedridden many days.
