The only thing I would add to this message is... when we use the extra energy for goodness, harmony, peace, strength and edification - the resulting vibratory ripple is exponentially more impactful than when it is used to propagate fear, angst and entropy. Since past 15 days, I'm feeling too much exuberant and have much more clarity in my work and my goals. I thought God is being kind and giving me this energy (which he is), but Sadhguru's explanation puts all things in place. I'm from Aotearoa New Zealand, one of many around the world who are aware and understand your message.
And because of the technology today, I can see, hear the information being shared unconditionally worldwide. I see and hear all spiritual peoples from around the world. That is a positive change from pre covid. Academia is being challenged, modern science is being challenged. History as it is written being challenged. The concept of humanity being challenged. All part of the process for me. I actually know what is happening, and have seen the scienitifc research which embrace spiritual awareness, acknowledges the suns influence on our planet, acknowledgment of ancient history, vibrations. Many acknowledge the flawed theories and models which have dictated our concepts. Change has been happening, and for a while, just not seen by those yet who not yet questioned.
So it will come down to what you choose to believe and what actions you choose to follow. One thing I will say is religious groups are starting to play out the one religion manifestation. Sad that they think they were the only groups in history to suffer genocide tactics.
The recent developments in the middle East made me come to this video again. 🙏

I remember , years ago in 2015 , as l was looking at the stars outside l felt myself spinning with the earth , around the sun , its mouvement in the galaxy and behond as if l was connected to the universe which l am to different degrees depending on my state of consciousness so l keep meditating every day to help me evolve ! yes man take a huge step back. Forests were abundant in North Africa and Saudi Arabia. All gone because of climate change thousands of years ago. Climate change happened before and earth survived. But we also pollute the earth which is new. But things are changing. Just compare 50y back with now. Huge changes have taken place. Just look at that. Even if you wanted to then you can;t suddenly use only solar energy in say Norway. So how can the whole country do this? So it just takes time. Be patient bro, that is a good quality.

Interesting to hear this. I've always had a hunch and discussion with my friend that the planet is getting hotter and hit with more radiation. And we will see people who cannot handle it and people who raise their energies with it. This started a couple of years back for me. I could just feel it within my being. I'm satisfied to hear that it wasn't just a hunch but a reality that others including Sadhguru are experiencing.

I have never felt the sun so strong in my 50 years. There are times when being inside the house with just the natural light in my room and I feel like I am burning still. X-rays seem to feel like Im being "cooked" from the inside... My fair skin... Even at night sometimes when the flares are intense I feel my skin burning. I feel the intense uptick of energy. I may be the next person to spontaneous combust!🙏🔥🌞🌻

I have been suffering physically quite a lot because of these flares and require more sleep seclusion etc the headaches dizziness general tiredness are truly debilitating ....the news persists in saying it does not affect people but of course it would 🙏very intense

on september 14 i had a complete mential psychiatric breakdown. go to the hospital levels of severe. i have been bottling up Severe PTSD, and emotions of anger, resentment, despair for 14 years. i finally snapped on september 14th.
