Very nice! I’m actually glad to see you sewing an easy way. When I see for myself I often take shortcuts that I know no one else will ever see and it’s still wearable and durable. When I sew for others I take the time to make items prettier inside and out. But why not get to the wearing and enjoying part of our projects faster? I love it! One tip I learned from another sewist who often attaches elastic that way is to mark the quarter measurements of the elastic and fabric and pin there. Then you are stretching much smaller pieces of elastic at a time and it comes out nice and even and it’s easier to manage. Works really well.
Oh my goodness, Sis I really like your creative way of storing your sewing items! I have been trying to figure out how to store mine without hanging them on the wall, but still having easy access. I’m going to take your idea, thank you so much for sharing! Your skirt turned out great by the way.🎉❤ good seeing you🌼💃🏽
@@b_stephanie I went back and read my comment and realized I didn’t tell you what I was referring to🙃; I meant the decorated mug that you have on your sewing desk. I have a few mugs that are no longer drinkable mugs, but they still have sentimental value, and I wanted to use your idea so that I could use the mugs without drinking out of them. 😇
Yes, your new skirt is perfect for summer. I love the zig-zag pattern in the skirt. It looks wonderful on you. Very nice. Well done.
Thank you so much!

Ooo that’s smart! Good tip. Thanks 😊
I love the fabric, too!
Me too! It’s kind of groovy. 😉

Thanks. Limited space means I use the walls, lol.
