- Skins are one of the most important pieces of equipment that you have. With the job of guiding I look to have the best that I can buy. Recently, more and more of my colleagues using Pomoca skins and they seemed to function very well.
So I decided to buy some Pomoca Free Pro 2.0 skins. The local mountain shop in Sapporo that I usually go to had some in the size that I needed, so I reserved them. They cut them to size overnight for a small fee.
I have spent part of last season these skins and have been very happy so far. They are lightweight, have a good combination of grip and glide. They are very packable as well.

Really good stuff on the skins. Feels like you’ve brought us along.
Just what we needed a bit of skiing. Weather in Switzerland is awful 😞 btw those field earths in the show are something special as well.
Field Earth?
Good choice
Your jackson hole crew all love and use these pomocos (fyi, i do find I need to press them down once on the ski so snow doesn't get under and I also sometimes do the back clip off on the side then slip to the back as easier) enjoy!
Great. Thanks!
You don’t actually have to pre-tension the clip before attaching to skis tail. Attach it a tad loose and then pull on the strap to get the tension you want.
Thanks for good tip
