on cooper s r56 you need first oil catcher before you install this one, the crank case going normal over the turbo to engine combustion chamber etc... but if you install this (vent) adapter without oil catcher he oilyair vent/spray over this adapter in your engine bay is only a stalactite cave. from sound you cn choice between withou exhust blubbering or with vent sound 😕😕

This mod will actually DECREASE the performance of the turbo. The factory valve does not vent to atmosphere so its actually not a BOV but a recirculator valve which recycles what would have been wasted pressure. TLDR this mod does not enhance performance whatsoever it just sounds cool
The one what I used won't fit an R60 as it's for an N14 engine. I think the R60s have the N18 but defo not the N14. I'm sure someone will sell one for an R60 though. Sorry for not being helpful :)
Yes bruvva considering one of this for my 56, not sure weather to just got the whole hog and get the forge bov rather then the adapter. Do you think the adapter does the same job? Also did u have any lights or have to piss about with the map? X
Depends what you're looking for tbh fam. If you just want noise then go for the adapter, if you're building it for big power then go the whole hog. I'm not looking to put out big numbers so just went for the adapter (it's a lot cheaper too). No lights and didn't have to mess around with the map. Very simple plug and play mod. X
Hi maaaaate. In theory it's supposed to keep the turbo spinning between gears thus reducing turbo lag. You probably need a tune and maybe an upgraded turbo to make full use out of it though. It has helped a little bit with the lag but mainly it's just for the mad noise.

Yeah they are made the same way all you are paying for is the name and two it's a diverter valve that keeps the turbo spinning creating more boost because you lose boost by blowing it off into the atmosphere

Just an advice for peeps who will install this blow off, to maximize space just move on the left the coolant tank…
Solid advice. I tried that and leaked coolant everywhere like a dumbass so I didn't bother
