Just stumbled upon your flosstube. I’m a big mirabilia fan too. Just stitching rose of arbor and queen of freedom. Just watching you stitch soda stitch design makes me want to stitch them too. 😂 I also hate the new shows on television too. I love watching old shows from the 80’s and 90’s. I like watching mad about you on cozi tv and three’s company , the nanny, will and grace. My husband and I were into the x-files back in the day. My 15yr old son binged watched the office and stranger things. I would love to go to a lot of retreats too. But my kids and husband are really needed😊and sometimes I feel bad leaving them. The only retreat I attend is the NJ stitch retreat which is only a half hour from me but I do go for 2 days. That really fun and over the last 2 years I’ve met so many people. I did self teach myself to cross stitch. Back in 2017 when we moved here. I love it and it’s so addicting that I want to stitch everything. 😂 looking forward to watching more of your videos.

I'm with you...nothing worth watching on TV anymore. I just rewatched lost and ER because tv has been garbage. I'm sooo glad your son is sleeping and that the magnesium worked! It was a life saver for us! Take care!

Omg I am obsessed with Princess Elliana! Yours is so beautiful- I haven’t stitched a Mira but that is the first pattern I bought for Mirabilias and have been trying to find the perfect fabric! I was literally just looking at Iced Grapes online. It’s so hard to really see the colour on the screen- I think seeing yours has convinced me it’s the one! I have rewatched that part of your Floss tube over and over! I ordered a smaller Nora - Witching Hour and thought I’d do it first or start it first to get the hang of beading before I tackle Princess Elliana- a million thanks for sharing!🤩🤩🤩🤩
Oh I love this! So exciting!! She was such a fun mira to stitch, all those colors! I 100% support the idea of doing a nora first but you could also start them at the same time 🙊 beading is not hard I promise! Iced grapes is crazy hard to photograph but it’s definitely a true lavender purple!

You no longer have to suffer. I take this tiny little pill when I feel one coming on. And poof! It’s gone! Ask them. Mine is Suritriptan, but there are lots of them. My insurance pays for them. Just an idea for you. I wish I had asked for them sooner. Anyway. I love all your Soda Stitches-where do you get them? And what was the name of the soda stitch behind Amber? The first one? So cute! My first cross stitch was a Riolis kit and I should warn you the wool/acrylic blend yarn gets frizzy and knots easily, some people suggest cutting shorter lengths and pulling the floss thru the fabric slower. The coverage is very full and the floss looks very vibrant though. I mentioned Alice w/o the background on your last month update and I'm glad I could enable you to stitch her! I'm Lukas and he/him.
I'm convinced Nora Corbett charts beads/metallics/silks in some of her designs with very few instances like those 8 Waterlilies stitches on Alice to bring more business to Mill Hill/Kreinik/Caron. The description for Princess Elliana says she has all the 35 new DMC colors in her fanciful frock, one of them has only 6 stitches and not on the dress (in her hair).

Schitts Creek, How I Met Your Mother are good. New Girl is one of my favorites!! Everything is so expensive these days - it really makes me crazy when you go for burgers at local burger places and it's $50 for 2 people and you didn't order any extras like shakes or onion rings!!! Yikes!!

I’ve never seen a Mira stitched on 40 count. Did you have to switch out the beads for a different size?
I haven’t gotten to the bead part yet but I am thinking the petite beads will fit fine!
