God wish somebody would put flaps on them. I have a Conscendo Evolution and is the plane I keep coming back to. Love it but flaps would be so nice.

How many C batteries for this model?
    25-50 or 120?

Hi. I'm getting back into the hobby: Where does one buy this in Canada? Great Hobbies and other Canadian on-line retailers don't carry it...

Hey Rob, you can only get the Durafly planes from HobbyKing.com, I don't know if anything one else is producing a similar V tail plane at the moment.

Would you comment on antenna installation; especially dual diversity antennas that require/recommend a 90degree deployment arrangement? Thanx!

    •  2 года назад

I have on planes like my Bixler made a small hole in the foam and routed an antenna out so like you suggest is at 90 degrees.
In this case I was not worried the plane is in line of sight and during my flight I had no RSSI warnings.
      Hope that helps.

@ So, in this Excalibur V2 how are your antennas arranged....180 degrees or ? Thanks again.

I just shoved the rx in to the plane and went flying :)

Is the canopy big enough to add any fpv equipment?

    •  2 года назад

I suspect, especially if you kept it small. I know there was a 3D file for V1 but I'd have to go hunting to find it.

@ thanks for the reply. That plane is awesome. I may get one.
