doubt they would do something like that.. all characters have gameplay and kits ready they just make tweaks to it until their release, changing the whole element would be starting over.

No, The way it works is You lost the 50/50, But there’s a 10% chance the game basically says “Hey I feel bad, here’s the character” And so when you see the CR animation, essentially means you lost the 50/50 but got the character ANYWAYS. So it’s registered as a lost 50:50 and you’re guaranteed the character (Trust me I looked into this)

They don't exist anywhere in the game, and there's no way to obtain them rn. So you can't reach his peak performance because you missed out on his weapon and there's no guarantee of when it will ever come back. Dr.Ratio meanwhile has his own banner and his own weapon to reach peak performance, and he's extremely competitive with very good team comps too. (But for F2P and low investments, I do agree Tighnari is better since he's easier to build, has relatively high damage floor and has very consistent damage even with 4-star weapons and 4-star supports. But Dr.Ratio scales better with more investment in his teams) No.2: HSR has a better resin system that is more lenient even if you take a month-long break, and dailies can be done completely AFK. Although I do agree, Genshin's dailies are faster rn by virtue of having condensed resin to finish dailies in seconds. No.3: HSR has more "replayable" content than Genshin rn. This is referring to both the permanent events so you don't miss out on any character development or story content, and also the gamemodes they've released. Although having gamemodes is practically necessary for HSR since its not open world, almost all of its gamemodes offer a lot of replay value while Genshin only has abyss and IT for now. No.4: Farming talent materials is more easier in HSR since its not timegated whatsoever unlike Genshin, and it also lets you convert between world boss materials No.5: HSR already has a standard 5-star selector built in the game No.6: HSR's weapon banner is still better. There's just a way more higher chance of getting what you actually want. So overall more consistently good while in Genshin's case, it's only slightly better than HSR's if both the weapons in the banner are very good and usable, but much worse than HSR if only one of them is usable for your account.

they literally said you can also use artifacts you previously upgraded and turn a certain amount of them (depening on how many levels they have) into these bottles. doesn't matter if you need a lot of the bottles to create an artifact then, as long as you have a bunch of these unused upgraded artifacts lying around to convert them
You will now get stamina upgrade from all statues upgrade But the full stamina is still the same. Like if someone doesn't wanna max the monstad and Liyue statues but max out other regions statues They will still get the stamina upgrade.
