So you didn't mention it, and I literally have no clue what npc pipped up and told me this, but one of them specific said when asked 'Why don't people leave natlan?' that for 1 they see it as cowardly and insulting to ones ancestors to not stay and fight the abyss and that 2 the people of natlan are inherently cursed by the abyss to suffer disaster without the protection of the wyyob and that thier protection doesn't expend past the boarders of Natlan. When I read that my first thought was 'Oh hey, incredibly cursed things happening all the time, that kinda sounds like bennet!'

Also notice that the scarf on his arm does look a lot like designs from Natlan.And we haven't seen scarves like this anywhere else too.
Rraly muce theory but i have another one sice fragons sovereigns get reincarnate. Maybe benet is the pyro sovereign reborn. Just like how Nuevalette did
Oooh very interesting... But isnt Neuvillette the only sovereign reincarnating as a human? Others should be reincarnating as dragons itself right?
@GenshinBane well that book did say that the next hydro sovereign will be a human, but it didn't say other dragon sovereigns wouldn't. Plus, nuevalette is like 500, and bennete is like 16-18, which means bennete could be a rhe pyro sovereign considering that prophecy about nuevalette is 1000 years old

Bennett was most likely not found in the Mare Jivari, as it's described as "A sea of ashes where the wind does not blow" and the poem where it tells the story of Bennett says the adventurer had to face hollering winds, contradicting the statement about winds not blowing in the Mare Jivari
While it's also possible , maybe "where the wind does not blow" could also mean beyond the Anemo Archon's reach because Stanley says " I can hear the winds blowing in the Mare Jivari"
@@GenshinBane That could be it, but the scene shows him believing he is in the Mare Jivari and he is surprised to feel the winds blowing there, implying he didn't feel any wind when he was first there. What i believe is the cause of there being no winds in the Mare Jivari is most likely due to the abyss presence and the conflict that first created the Mare Jivari when Tenoch and the heroes fought the abyss there, at least it's what i believe. But what you said could be possible.
@@GenshinBane And just to clarify, i do believe Bennett is from Natlan, i just don't think he was found in the Mare Jivari, given the similiraties between him and Iansan, i believe he is from the Collective of Plenty and was found either inside the volcano or somewhere very close to it.
Yess the abyss is probably what causes the lack of winds there.. well i hope we get something on all this soon haha
