But the fact they were marketing for the Japanese market at TGS is exactly what they needed to do. A few of those jrpgs look great and ill check them out but for me my big games im waiting for are Sparking Zero, MH Wilds, Doom Dark Ages and Gears Eday. FF16 would be nice but not a priority of mine

Right. I have a bunch of the series on PS4 but I didn't get Ryza because it was PS5 enhanced and I've stopped buying JRPGs on PS at that point. If Ryza comes over to Xbox I will grab them all. Just like I will the Pixel Remasters, Lunar Story Remasters and Trials Of Mana.

I used to support desktop users for years who used CAD cards on a regular and the cards always had their own naming convention. Not just another step up in the ladder. I'm sure it's great for CAD, but not a dedicated card for such. I'd have to look into it further honestly, but just because the consistent internet narrative says so means jack. I can tell you I'd take a 4090 in place of my 4070 in a heart beat.

Starfield is associated with xbox so it is by default considered bad by the online biased gaming media mob. If starfield had a 96 on metacritic it would still be hated on nonstop. Sony should attempt to mitigate scalpers. It should be in Sony's best interest to sell as many consoles as they can to actual customers who will buy games. They are after software revenue after all. Suikoden Remasters... Man got to the final battle on II and dropped my disc which then scratched as I picked it up.... Maybe I'll actually try a JRPG again this was one that got e hooked, loved all the secret characters you could grab.

I'll be honest. HZD is a product of it's time. I've been trying to play it for about a year and get bored within 30 minutes of playing everytime. People who played it when it released probably had a blast since it was fresh and great. However thanks to over saturation of the games genre coming into it I can't help but feel it was overhyped.
Links Awakening had frame rate issues that never affected me playing the game in any major way. So far I am really liking the new game. I just love this art style and the Isometric view.

Oh, the Metaphor PC demo is bugged? I don't have the best rig, but I was wondering why I struggled to hit 60 fps (all the way down to 35 fps) even dropping down to 1440p & 75% on the resolution slider. I can run P3 Reload at 4k highest settings (no RT) at 60 fps without issue but Metaphor is killing my PC.

What’s funny about that Xbox TGS showcase is that despite it offering zero new exclusive content it’s the happiest I’ve been as an Xbox gamer in quite some time, and it’s because it’s an indicator that Xbox is making strides in bringing back the Japanese support they had during the 360 era. I still say that they need exclusives to validate their hardware, but I was VERY happy with that TGS showcase. I would say I actually preferred the TGS showcase to the June showcase.
Personally I couldn't care about exclusives, let anyone play the game if they have a system that can run it. I play Xbox because of the offering they provide like backwards compatibility, Controller Ergonomics, etc.

Zelda: The poor software quality optimisation disease plaguing PC/console games has finally arrived to the Nintendo Switch. The Switch 2 DLSS will remedy the problem, right? It's only downhill from here on out folks. Metaphor: the PC version has bad performance and major aliasing issues. I can only hope they'll be addressed for launch, with additional graphical options to improve the image quality. Otherwise, the demo was fun.

The Xbox Showcase was okay to me. I rate it a *"C+"* this time around. The plus is for releasing the Visions games into GamePass Ultimate. Hell. Yeah. But other than that, nothing really caught my attention. Nothing that we weren't already aware of, that is. Side Note: I already have Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 1&2 pre-ordered. I am supporting those two games with my whole chest - or, wallet, as it were. 👍🏾
It wasn't really an Xbox showcase. It's meant mostly to gain supporters in Japan. That's why most of us already knew not to expect a bunch of big game announcements or anything.
I am still baffled that people wanted an ugly grey PS5 Pro in the first place. Just get the beautiful silver finish covers for the regular pro which incidentally were at a reduced price when the pro went on sale. At least they were in Australia. Covers were reduced by $30 When you look at that beautiful blue they did for the previous anniversary console this looks drab and uninteresting.

Alot of Xbox fans arent happy with the TGS but honestly The Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters have been what ive wanted ported the most. So when I woke up this morning I was overjoyed & instantly purchased. I do hope that 16 & the 7 remakes make there way at some point but I got what I wanted lol😊

PS5 pro pricing was just unveiled here in Sweden and it's $980 while the disk drive is $160. Just ridiculous.

A few of those jrpgs look great and ill check them out but for me my big games im waiting for are Sparking Zero, MH Wilds, Doom Dark Ages and Gears Eday. FF16 would be nice but not a priority of mine

It was awesome to see the new Atelier Yumia shown during Xbox TGS stream. First time that franchise is coming to Xbox. Hopefully the Atelier Ryza trilogy gets ported later next year.
Right. I have a bunch of the series on PS4 but I didn't get Ryza because it was PS5 enhanced and I've stopped buying JRPGs on PS at that point. If Ryza comes over to Xbox I will grab them all. Just like I will the Pixel Remasters, Lunar Story Remasters and Trials Of Mana.

I know that's been the parroted response at this point about the 4090 thanks to the jomo alex. I used to support desktop users for years who used CAD cards on a regular and the cards always had their own naming convention. Not just another step up in the ladder. I'm sure it's great for CAD, but not a dedicated card for such. I'd have to look into it further honestly, but just because the consistent internet narrative says so means jack. I can tell you I'd take a 4090 in place of my 4070 in a heart beat.

Starfield is associated with xbox so it is by default considered bad by the online biased gaming media mob. If starfield had a 96 on metacritic it would still be hated on nonstop. Sony should attempt to mitigate scalpers. It should be in Sony's best interest to sell as many consoles as they can to actual customers who will buy games. They are after software revenue after all. The only way I can see Sony being okay with scalpers, is if they themselves are getting scalping money.
Thing is Sony doesn't care about the console being used to play games. At this point everyone who was going to buy the anniversary console already has bought the ps5 and games on it.
I called it & knew Sony was gonna do some kind of shady prices & deals. They been proving their anti consumer friendly business practice will never ever gonna end. i pre ordered the ps5 pro. but i cancelled it today couldn't t justify the £699 price tag. so might just get the standard ps5.
Suikoden Remasters... Man got to the final battle on II and dropped my disc which then scratched as I picked it up.... Maybe I'll actually try a JRPG again this was one that got e hooked, loved all the secret characters you could grab.

I'll be honest. HZD is a product of it's time. I've been trying to play it for about a year and get bored within 30 minutes of playing everytime. People who played it when it released probably had a blast since it was fresh and great. However thanks to over saturation of the games genre coming into it I can't help but feel it was overhyped.
Links Awakening had frame rate issues that never affected me playing the game in any major way. So far I am really liking the new game. I just love this art style and the Isometric view.

Oh, the Metaphor PC demo is bugged? I don't have the best rig, but I was wondering why I struggled to hit 60 fps (all the way down to 35 fps) even dropping down to 1440p & 75% on the resolution slider.
I can run P3 Reload at 4k highest settings (no RT) at 60 fps without issue but Metaphor is killing my PC.

What’s funny about that Xbox TGS showcase is that despite it offering zero new exclusive content it’s the happiest I’ve been as an Xbox gamer in quite some time, and it’s because it’s an indicator that Xbox is making strides in bringing back the Japanese support they had during the 360 era. I still say that they need exclusives to validate their hardware, but I was VERY happy with that TGS showcase. I would say I actually preferred the TGS showcase to the June showcase.
Personally I couldn't care about exclusives, let anyone play the game if they have a system that can run it. I play Xbox because of the offering they provide like backwards compatibility, Controller Ergonomics, etc.

Zelda: The poor software quality optimisation disease plaguing PC/console games has finally arrived to the Nintendo Switch. The Switch 2 DLSS will remedy the problem, right? It's only downhill from here on out folks. Metaphor: the PC version has bad performance and major aliasing issues. I can only hope they'll be addressed for launch, with additional graphical options to improve the image quality. Otherwise, the demo was fun.

I am still baffled that people wanted an ugly grey PS5 Pro in the first place. Just get the beautiful silver finish covers for the regular pro which incidentally were at a reduced price when the pro went on sale. At least they were in Australia. Covers were reduced by $30

Alot of Xbox fans arent happy with the TGS but honestly The Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters have been what ive wanted ported the most. So when I woke up this morning I was overjoyed & instantly purchased. I do hope that 16 & the 7 remakes make there way at some point but I got what I wanted lol😊

I bought my Xbox series x from a scalper for 600 I was ok with it cause I got a new console with no tax 😂 but when I tried to buy the ps5 they were going for 1000 to 800 and I just gave up and said naw ps5 is not for me I’m not buying I’ll wait for the ps5 pro now I’ve changed my mind I don’t even want a ps5 anymore not until silent hill 2 comes out cause the only reason i bought my ps4 was cause of the PT demo and silent hills coming soon that later got cancelled not buying ps5 until I see silent hill 2 on it and no I’m not buying a pro my ps5 will more then likely be 300 or less when I get it let the scalpers have the pro 😂
