@@LivinginRaleighTV In the video you mentioned Garner isn't a good option if you want the serene scene (because of all the new development, construction..).
Why if you don’t mind me asking? I live in Cary a few years ago and miss the triangle. I’m thinking of coming back and was considering Garner but appreciate others’ perspectives.
Hi there, I recently came across your videos. They are great. I'm curious about areas around Raleigh where I can purchase a home with a barn to settle in with my horses.I would definitely like 5-10 acres on this property. Do you have any informative videos for farm properties within an hour or so from Raleigh? I've heard about the Pinehurst area south of Raleigh but those seem priced high. Thank you
We don’t have a video yet specifically on that, but we can absolutely help you find a place that would work. Please email us at hello@mortonbradbury.com

Thanks for this video. I’m a former Raleigh Resident who now lives in Wilmington, Delaware(my hometown). I want to return to North Carolina so badly.

Is it true garner has two targets?
How is the safety? The moment I look up on garner, that's striking me.
Just get a gun, it'll be aight.
We have a very large police department for a town this size, so it's generally very safe.
I remember in 2020 house prices were affordable. Not anymore. 😂
It's changed a lot!
Garner feels alot like south raleigh
What does that mean
Which suburbs would you recommended for the serene quality you mentioned?
Clayton, Youngsville, Zebulon, Garner, and others. Feel free to contact us, happy to discuss

I moved to garner a year and a half ago, I'll definitely be moving back to my home state as soon as the lease on my house is up.

Is there state income tax in NC?
Suburbia isn't my thing but I wish that I owned a large tract of land in Garner as a longer term hold for my retirement.
Garner sounds like a great investment!
Raleigh area was the worst place I’ve ever lived. Couldn’t wait to leave.
Can you elaborate on it? I thinking about moving there.
Awesome video again.😊
You forgot to mention DeMarco Soul Food, small business delicious food
Haven’t tried it! We will next time in the area
Well, he did cover Angie's but didn't mention Big Ed's, Aversboro restaurant, Lorraine's, or any other "local" food places.

Never heard you talking about New Hill, NC close to Raleigh.
Is it safe?
Yes I only got robbed at gunpoint once.
We have a very large police department for a town this size, so it's generally very safe.
