The words of Jeremiah are so beautiful. Political parties are just what they are political. Christ or the early church never cared for the politics of his time. Brothers and sisters keep your eyes on Jesus Christ. Return to the Lord and anchor yourselves to the solid foundation of Word of God. God bless you all.
That’s like saying they didn’t concern themselves with education, or business, or law, or society. Moses was a ruler, there were many kings, the 3 Hebrew boys and Daniel all broke the law, and the greatest prophet John was killed because he concerned himself with politics, and the first church moved to Antioch for political reasons. If we are reacting to the events around us, we are not Motivated by God's Spirit, not motivated by love, and futile in our thinking. In this way we can do much damage. Read about the zealots, such as Judas Iscariot. If we take into our own hands what belongs to God, we might find that we have been fighting against God, and He doesn't even know us at the end! Fear God not man.
@@suzannegriffiths4795 just to add to what you’re saying, the command of Christ is also key. He said to “occupy” until I return. That’s a military term. Military might is itself political positioning. However, our weapons are not “carnal”. We operate by the demonstration of the power of God. It is a command to physically position ourselves in this world. So Christ wants us to be in EVERYTHING, including politics.
@@the7thage576 this is something you obviously feel strongly about. I'm not convinced that Jesus Christ has the same emphasis. Jesus speaks many things about what the Kingdom of God is like. And He says that we are strangers in the world, passing through, saying that this is not our home. Have you got a clear concept of what the Kingdom of God is? Because I think that it is very important not to miss that Jesus resisted the zealots, in order to fulfil God's will. @@suzannegriffiths4795 I feel strongly about the Word of God. Those are Christ’s words and Paul’s teachings. Christ commanded us to follow the teachings of his apostles. Jesus said to occupy until I come back. Paul characterized us as “ambassadors”. What’s not to understand about the kingdom of God? It s a kingdom. Lol. Heaven is God’s kingdom. There’s plenty of allegory in scripture from all the times Israelites were in bondage, “occupying” other kingdoms. They “built” their homes, “multiplied”, and “occupied” until their time was “redeemed”. It’s really not that deep. They got involved in every aspect of the kingdom they were occupying. Joseph became a ruler. Daniel was an advisor. Esther became queen. And plenty of others served. I know I was implicated as a zealot with my own agenda, so I ask you plainly, what exactly are you trying to warn me about? Where do I err?
I’ve been nervous about this for a long time now. God spoke to my heart one day, He said that I don’t know the future, but He does. So we need to stay calm and trust Him. Some of us MAY have to suffer greatly, BUT we don’t know for sure.........Trust God........!
Yes, I also have had to look fear in the face, but God is greater. The righteous who know their God will do exploits. It is not our own courage that we might boast, it is God's love that enters our hearts, and His strength in which we stand. And He is faithful!

Beginning of this week, during my fellowship with the Holy Spirit, the song,” by the rivers of Babylon” was on my mind. I have not heard that song since I was like 10 yrs old. I looked it up on RUclips lyrics and then read the scripture. And I confessed,” regardless we shall sing the Lord’s song in this strange land!” Whatever happens, we shall worship and praise our Lord!

Yes, Church, come out of Babylon! 2nd Corinthians 6:14-7:1. Come out from among unbelievers and separate yourselves from them... The falling away and defection from Biblical Truth is so apparent today. Faithfulness unto our Lord Jesus Christ is being ever committed to grace-filled truthfulness in Christ as Christ is the Truth. Avoid all such people - turn away from them." The false church is in and of this world, and our Lord's true and faithful disciples are to be in but not of this world. Possess New Life in Christ by surrendering control of your life to the Lordship of Christ. The Good Shepherd is asking you to trust in His excellent care and management of your life. Yes, repent from the root of sin, the root that produces the fruit of sin. Me, myself and I need to be dethroned, and the risen triumphant Christ needs to be enthroned in your heart. The true Church during these last of the Last Days will necessarily go underground. A living organism usually dies at the organizational efforts of man. Pastor Tim, this was a breath of fresh air. I will be honest I spoke hardly at all on the election but saw the spiritual warfare that happened. I believe it was for a reason. We never put our trust in man. For me, God has always used endtiime prophecies to keep me stirred. My heart hurt for the wrongs done, but I know God is always in control. "Keep ur lamps burning"

I was gonna give Tim a pass this time at the start, I thought he would call us to go deep into worship and re-focus on God alone in the proper ways. But instead then he calls for christians to go into politics. Not that its an absurd idea, but the timing is just not right! Calling this weakened and worldly church into that realm is not the right message.

I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19.......yes indeed i enjoy listening to this dear man of God and I much pray God's peace and comfort on him and his family each and everyday and that God uses him and his ministry mightily to much glorify and lift high the king of kings and the lord of lords!!!!!! to God Be All The Glory!!!!! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! Amen! Yes. I feel this in my heart and my soul. I have been telling people to step out of the light of the political arena and to give it to God. Repent. Treat everyday like the day you will be judged. I fall short...everyday. But you have to grow strong roots to bare healthy fruit. I'm growing. People don't get discouraged! Everyone's growth looks different. We're not meant to be the same. We all have a purpose for God's glory. I have thrown out my idolatry. No more Christmas which is for Nimrod. No more Easter...no more yoga and things that are hidden in society that don't please God.
🎄It's not idolatry to have a Christmas tree bro. My parents never took me to church when I was a kid, but they still celebrated Christmas & Easter, which gave me a love for Christian festivals long before I truly understood what they were really about..
I recall scriptures of how the Angel's rejoiced and sang Gloria to announce the birth of Jesus Christ. How gifts were given by visitors from the east. Christians celebrations are scriptural.

Yes, we need to keep our eyes on Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. He gives us eyes that see beyond the natural, into the heart of people, even those darkened by much sin. This is the love of God who later down His life for the joy of seeing the prisoners set free, the blind with light in their eyes, instead of darkness... May His people walk in His love, that we would do the things that Jesus did, even to the death!
It's been a long time since I've heard such a clear call to be born again. Keep it up, pastor Tim! God bless you. I know that our God does miracles, and I hope you're right that many respond by bowing to Jesus before He comes back, rather than rejecting the gospel! And yes, the church will rise and be faithful under persecution, as long as we lift our eyes to Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. The alternative is terrible and lasting! And our God is worthy of our faith. The righteous will live by his faith, and we will not shrink back and be destroyed, if we are led by the Spirit! @Jake Ryan Real do you not understand that God has ultimate authority, and that He uses governments to achieve His purposes? (read Daniel), even though He hates injustice, cruelty, brutality, murder... The fact that God sees separation from God as a plight which necessitates His use of violence to wake up His elect, and force people to choose between obvious evil and a God who requires repentance for us to be saved, is clearly seen throughout the Bible. Do you think men can fight this war when our opponents are spirits of darkness in high places. Do you not see that the only way to victory is God's way? Our ways are futile here. Only by obeying the way God has shown, will we escape corruption and destruction. Choose wisely!
@Jake Ryan Real the difference between me and you is that I know the living God who says "everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God", and since all of us are 'BAD', there is no hope besides God's way. There is only more bad, and ultimately judgement/condemnation by a just, patient and involved Father. The only way out is the way He provided. Through God, coming as a man to show us that only by repenting of our broken self-will, and accepting His death to pay for our rightful punishment, can we be enabled to be truly 'GOOD', in motive, action and heart attitude. To think you can conquer bad with bad is futile and illogical. The only way is to call on the only good God, and accept His directions and purifying work in our lives. I hope you will choose to by truthful with yourself; covering up a life full of selfish jealousies, lies, cheats, wants, demands and plans, and the havoc caused by each of us, never changes the truth of our failure to be good. Only God can do that when we confess it, and choose to call on Him. He is waiting. Don't wait when this confession is the difference between life and death for you!

We see all through the scripture that God operates through chosen vessel‘s. When he got ready to judge Israel he did that through Nebuchadnezzar. When God got ready to bless or restore the people he always operated through a man or a person. It was very clear that God was using President Trump to bring about policies that strengthened our position as a nation with God which in return would bring the blessings of God. Our hope was not in a man but in the fact that God had raised up a man who would stand with the church. Now that that season seems to be over it does not change the fact that our hope and trust has always been in God and now we continue to pray for God‘s will to be done and we can only hope that he will raise up another vessel that will help bring righteousness to our political system and whether he does or not our faith remains in him and the church will continue to be the church.

If we are reacting to the events around us, we are not Motivated by God's Spirit, not motivated by love, and futile in our thinking. In this way we can do much damage. Military might is itself political positioning. However, our weapons are not “carnal”. We operate by the demonstration of the power of God. Jesus said to occupy until I come back. Paul characterized us as “ambassadors”. What’s not to understand about the kingdom of God? It s a kingdom. Lol. Heaven is God’s kingdom. There’s plenty of allegory in scripture from all the times Israelites were in bondage, “occupying” other kingdoms. They “built” their homes, “multiplied”, and “occupied” until their time was “redeemed”. It’s really not that deep. They got involved in every aspect of the kingdom they were occupying. Joseph became a ruler. Daniel was an advisor. Esther became queen. And plenty of others served. I looked it up on RUclips lyrics and then read the scripture. And I confessed,” regardless we shall sing the Lord’s song in this strange land!” Whatever happens, we shall worship and praise our Lord!

The falling away and defection from Biblical Truth is so apparent today. Faithfulness unto our Lord Jesus Christ is being ever committed to grace-filled truthfulness in Christ as Christ is the Truth. He is coming for His Holy Bride! Keep looking up.
Regarding the pastor's reference to 2nd Timothy 3:1-5, verse 5 says: "For although they hold a form of piety (true religion), they deny and reject and are strangers to the power of it - their conduct belies the genuineness of their profession. Avoid all such people - turn away from them." The false church is in and of this world, and our Lord's true and faithful disciples are to be in but not of this world. Possess New Life in Christ by surrendering control of your life to the Lordship of Christ. The Good Shepherd is asking you to trust in His excellent care and management of your life. Yes, repent from the root of sin, the root that produces the fruit of sin. Me, myself and I need to be dethroned, and the risen triumphant Christ needs to be enthroned in your heart.
The true Church during these last of the Last Days will necessarily go underground. A living organism usually dies at the organizational efforts of man. Pastor Tim, this was a breath of fresh air. I will be honest I spoke hardly at all on the election but saw the spiritual warfare that happened. I believe it was for a reason. We never put our trust in man. For me, God has always used endtiime prophecies to keep me stirred. My heart hurt for the wrongs done, but I know God is always in control.

I believe this is the strongest and most hopeful sermon I have heard in a long time.
I am grateful to say that I am a born again Christian and have been since I was 19.......yes indeed i enjoy listening to this dear man of God and I much pray God's peace and comfort on him and his family each and everyday and that God uses him and his ministry mightily to much glorify and lift high the king of kings and the lord of lords!!!!!! to God Be All The Glory!!!!! Great Things He Hath Done!!!!!! and all hail king Jesus!!!!! the king of kings and the lord of lords!!!!!! however folks these days are getting darker and Christ is coming soon and if you don’t know Christ as your savior then it burdens my soul to think that you are headed for a terrible place called Hell where the Bible says the fire is never quenched and the worm dies not! Folks you are not promised tomorrow! If you want to know how to be saved from this horrible reality then please by all means don’t hesitate to comment right back so I can lead you to the savior! 2 Corinthians 6:2 clearly states “now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation!” And Hebrews 3:15 clearly states, “Today if you hear his voice don’t harden your hearts! it is not me but the Holy Spirit that I pray reveals to you the truth of his precious gospel......John 3:16 says for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes on him will not perish but have everlasting life! Hell was only prepared for Satan and his angels! It is not God who threatens anyone it is the craziness of rejecting the free pardon of salvation! It’s like if you’re in court you’ve committed a crime say you murdered someone! Now if you say to that Judge hey I know I’ve done a terrible thing of murdering that person but I hear you’re a good judge and so I know you’ll be fair to me...... the judge is going to reply well yes you’re right about one thing I am a good judge and because I’m a good judge I’m going to see to it that you’re punished and that justice is served! Well then all of a sudden someone you don’t even know comes forward and says you know what I know he’s committed the crime he’s committed and he deserves to go to jail but I really don’t want to see him go to prison so I’ll just go to prison for him so he can go free! So if you accepted that offer you’d be free to leave the courtroom but if you didn’t well you’d be crazy and go to prison yourself! Well that’s exactly how it was 2,000 years ago! He is God in human flesh and he came to this earth lived a perfect sinless life and even though he knew that we had sinned and because of our sins deserved to die miserably but he said no I don’t want to see them suffer so I will go and take their punishment for them! Even though he did absolutely nothing wrong still he chose to take the punishment for our sins so we can be set free from the power bondages and consequences of our disobedience to God! Romans 5:8 says For God commends his love toward us that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us! 1 John 2:2 says he was made to be the propitiation for our sins! And not just for our sins but the sins of the whole world! 2 Corinthians 5:21 He who knew no sin became Sin for us that we would be made his righteousness! The truth is if you had to get to Heaven by your own effort then you cannot do it! Because Romans 3:10 says there is not one that does good! No Not One! Romans 3:23 says For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Romans 6:23 says For the wages of sin is death! But the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord! But the good news is Romans 10:9 If we confess with our mouth and believes in our hearts that Christ died for our sins then was raised from the dead we will be saved! V 10 For it’s with the heart we believe and it’s with the mouth confession is made unto salvation! God gave us 10 commandments to follow and we’ve broken every one of them! And because God is a good God he cannot allow our disobedience to him to go unpunished! Well then like I just mentioned above his son Jesus stepped forward and said no I don’t want to see them punished so I will take their punishment for them! And also like I said he died a terrible substitute criminal’s death for us on a cross so now all we have to do is accept that payment for our sins and we can escape the terrible wrath of God that is to fall on them who do not accept this atonement that was sacrificed for our sins! Praise the lord Romans 10:13 says Whoever calls on the name of the lord shall be saved! And 1 Peter 1:4 you’re an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you! Christ clearly said in John 14:6 I am the way the truth and the life and no one comes to the father but through me! Acts 4:12 clearly states that there is no other name given unto Heaven or earth by which we must be saved as there is salvation in no other! Jesus clearly states that there is clearly only one way to Salvation and it’s him that’s it! There is no other way! God Bless everyone who reads!

@Jake Ryan Real Not when the government is wrong. The Word of God says we are to obey Him rather then men. So many times in the Bible where men refused to bow to Kings and worship them and the Lord protected His own. Shadrack, Meshack and Abendgo (sp), Daniel too.
Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego didn’t have a church, but see what they teach us, they relied only on the Lord. We will have to follow their example and see the move of the Lord. Glory to Jesus our Redeemer.

Amen! Yes. I feel this in my heart and my soul. I have been telling people to step out of the light of the political arena and to give it to God. Repent. Treat everyday like the day you will be judged. I fall short...everyday. But you have to grow strong roots to bare healthy fruit. I'm growing. People don't get discouraged! Everyone's growth looks different. We're not meant to be the same. We all have a purpose for God's glory. I have thrown out my idolatry. No more Christmas which is for Nimrod. No more Easter...no more yoga and things that are hidden in society that don't please God.
🎄It's not idolatry to have a Christmas tree bro. My parents never took me to church when I was a kid, but they still celebrated Christmas & Easter, which gave me a love for Christian festivals long before I truly understood what they were really about..
I recall scriptures of how the Angel's rejoiced and sang Gloria to announce the birth of Jesus Christ. How gifts were given by visitors from the east. Christians celebrations are scriptural.

Yes, we need to keep our eyes on Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. He gives us eyes that see beyond the natural, into the heart of people, even those darkened by much sin. This is the love of God who later down His life for the joy of seeing the prisoners set free, the blind with light in their eyes, instead of darkness... May His people walk in His love, that we would do the things that Jesus did, even to the death!

It's been a long time since I've heard such a clear call to be born again. Keep it up, pastor Tim! God bless you. I know that our God does miracles, and I hope you're right that many respond by bowing to Jesus before He comes back, rather than rejecting the gospel! And yes, the church will rise and be faithful under persecution, as long as we lift our eyes to Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith. The alternative is terrible and lasting! And our God is worthy of our faith. The righteous will live by his faith, and we will not shrink back and be destroyed, if we are led by the Spirit!

(read Daniel), even though He hates injustice, cruelty, brutality, murder... The fact that God sees separation from God as a plight which necessitates His use of violence to wake up His elect, and force people to choose between obvious evil and a God who requires repentance for us to be saved, is clearly seen throughout the Bible.
Do you think men can fight this war when our opponents are spirits of darkness in high places. Do you not see that the only way to victory is God's way? Our ways are futile here. Only by obeying the way God has shown, will we escape corruption and destruction.

@Jake Ryan Real the difference between me and you is that I know the living God who says "everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God", and since all of us are 'BAD', there is no hope besides God's way. There is only more bad, and ultimately judgement/condemnation by a just, patient and involved Father. The only way out is the way He provided. Through God, coming as a man to show us that only by repenting of our broken self-will, and accepting His death to pay for our rightful punishment, can we be enabled to be truly 'GOOD', in motive, action and heart attitude.
To think you can conquer bad with bad is futile and illogical.
The only way is to call on the only good God, and accept His directions and purifying work in our lives.
I hope you will choose to by truthful with yourself; covering up a life full of selfish jealousies, lies, cheats, wants, demands and plans, and the havoc caused by each of us, never changes the truth of our failure to be good. Only God can do that when we confess it, and choose to call on Him.
He is waiting. Don't wait when this confession is the difference between life and death for you!

We see all through the scripture that God operates through chosen vessel‘s. When he got ready to judge Israel he did that through Nebuchadnezzar. When God got ready to bless or restore the people he always operated through a man or a person. It was very clear that God was using President Trump to bring about policies that strengthened our position as a nation with God which in return would bring the blessings of God. Our hope was not in a man but in the fact that God had raised up a man who would stand with the church. Now that that season seems to be over it does not change the fact that our hope and trust has always been in God and now we continue to pray for God‘s will to be done and we can only hope that he will raise up another vessel that will help bring righteousness to our political system and whether he does or not our faith remains in him and the church will continue to be the church.
