I would definitely love to see a video on intent, not sure exactly what your supposed to do.
It's different for everyone, but I usually focus on the thing I want a spell jar, for example, to do and say them out loud, while making it, like "I WILL sleep like a sack of potatoes from this/with this!" and similar things. Hope it helped.

Question. I live in a city, and it's not that easy to find herbs around here, especially long stem herbs to make a hanging bundle. Any suggestions on vendors that are able to send long stem herbs by post? Much appreciated. 🙏
You could start by looking for a local shop that has herbs and spices or an apothecary type store. You could also look for farmers markets in your area.
