Yes! Devon in the karate kid! I like that!
So in that timeline, Devon would be born in the 80s. She would be at debate. And she would be aggressive. Johnny would like Devon’s aggression. And he would convince her to join Cobra Kai. So Devon would join Cobra Kai. At first Kreese would be against this. But Johnny would convince him. So Kreese would have Devon fight one of his students. And Devon would defeat them. So Kreese would allow Devon to join Cobra Kai. Johnny would have a connection with Devon just like he did as an adult. And during the tournament. Devon would fight aggressively. It would be Johnny Lawrence and Devon Lee in the finals. But Johnny would defeat Devon. And he would be the boys All-Valley Champion. Eventually after Johnny breaks up with Ali, he would date Devon. And by the time the events of the karate kid would happen. Daniel would still move to the Valley. And he would still be at the beach party. And he would see Ali there. Johnny, Devon, Bobby, Tommy, Jimmy, and Dutch would be at the beach party. Johnny would still see Daniel with Ali. But he wouldn’t go talk to Ali. Since he was with Devon. So Johnny and his friends would leave Daniel alone. So Daniel wouldn’t want to learn karate. And the events of the karate kid would still happen. Johnny would win the All-Valley tournament. And he would be the 3 time All-Valley Champion. And Cobra Kai would be the top dojo in the valley. 🥋👦

Others have asked for "What if Robby was part of Kyler's friend group?". Personally, I can't see it, as Kyler is an entitled rich kid and Robby ... is not. I think the extent of their interaction would be that Robby would be the West Valley High drug dealer (he got busted at his old school in S1 for dealing molly) and Kyler would be one of his regular clients.

Basically, Sam continues her training and adds wrestling to karate, she is also much more egotistical from hanging out with Moon & Yasmine. As well as, More masculine from joining the wrestling team. So, Sam is actually on the wrestling team with Kyler and Brucks. Sam actually tries to make sexual advances towards Kyler on their date. But, Kyler doesn't like it because he's used to being the one in control. So, Kyler tells Sam to leave him alone, but Sam tells her friends and possibly the whole school that Kyler tried to sexually assault her. I don't know who would come to Kyler's rescue though, possibly Aisha. You'll never know.

I'm sure the members of the "I HATE Sam!" fandom would love for her to be a villain like this.

NOT how I was expecting it to play out.
I was expecting Kyler to still be a wrestler, while Johnny was still in Cobra Kai. Ali would start dating Kyler after she dumped Johnny for missing her birthday. Daniel moves to the valley, gets invited to the beach party by Freddy, meets Ali, but before the the Cobras arrive, Kyler accuses Daniel of "trying to steal his girl", and beats him up, leading Ali to dump him. Kyler blames Daniel for Ali dumping him and bullies him at school, leading to him waterhosing Kyler at the Halloween party. Kyler beats him up outside, but Mr. Miyagi saves him. Mr. Miyagi trains Daniel, while Kyler continues to be a prick, claiming Ali gave him a BJ, leading to Daniel beating up Kyler in the cafeteria, ending their rivalry and Daniel & Ali start dating.

So in this timeline, the events of Cobra Kai would still happen. Cobra Kai would still win the All-Valley. Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang would be forced to shut. And Daniel would still get Chozen. But in this timeline Chozen would get the idea to form his own dojo. (Red Lotus) Don’t ask why I came up with this name. Daniel would still shut down Miyagi-Do. But he would say that the Miyagi-Do students that Chozen formed Red Lotus. So Daniel and the Miyagi-Dos would join Chozen’s dojo. The Eagle Fangs would hear about Chozen’s new dojo. And they would want to join. So the Eagle Fang Students would join Chozen’s new dojo. Daniel would be a Sensei at Red Lotus. Chozen would teach his new students an aggressive style of Miyagi-Do. Including the pressure point technique. And since Chozen was formed his owned dojo, he wouldn’t infiltrate Cobra Kai as a spy. Miguel, Johnny and Robby would still come back to the U.S. They would hear about Red Lotus. And they would want to join. So Miguel and Robby would join Red Lotus. And Johnny would become a Sensei there. Terry Silver would hear about Red Lotus Karate. And he would go confront Daniel, Johnny and Chozen. Terry Silver would still tell Daniel to back down. But Daniel wouldn’t give up. Red Lotus Karate and Cobra Kai would have a rivalry. Kenny would realize that Robby was in Red Lotus. And he would feel betrayed. Red Lotus would learn a combination of offense and defense. Terry Silver wouldn’t try to mess with Daniel’s marriage. So Amanda wouldn’t leave Daniel. Daniel and Johnny would still find out about the Seikai Taikai. And they would convince the judges to let them compete. The 2 dojo’s would still have to pick a male and female fighter. Cobra Kai would still choose Tory and Kenny. And Red Lotus Karate would choose Hawk and Sam. Terry Silver would still teach Kenny the Silver Bullet. Hawk and Kenny would still fight. But Hawk would be able to land some points on Kenny. Kenny would use the Silver Bullet. But Hawk would block it. And he would defeat Kenny. Sam and Tory would still fight. And Sam would defeat Tory. So only Red Lotus would qualify for the Seikai Taikai. Terry Silver would want to get his revenge. So he would send some of the Cobra Kai students and Sensei’s to attack Red Lotus. But Red Lotus would fight back. And they would defeat the Cobra Kai’s. 🔴🪷🥋
