Love this. For anyone without a Tunisian hook, you can use any crochet hook without a handle. simply add an elastic or hair elastic as stopper on the end. 30 stitches shouldn't be too difficult. Of course a Tunisian hook may be easier, but don't feel you cannot try this without one.

This is a beautiful scarf, and just right for my next level of Tunisian Crochet.
    Thank you!

This is so pretty! It looks solid, but it is light, and quite warm looking. My favorite method of applying fringe is to avoid it at all costs. If I can't, I use hairpin lace, and then I knit on and bind off over the center, or, I use my crochet hook to work a single crochet over the onto the edge, and then I double check the loops lie nicely. But although the hairpin would hold firm, I never cut the loops.

😂 agreed on the fringe! I’m not a fan of it at all.

Just wanted to point out that the Etsy store you have linked for the double ended crochet hooks does not look to be active atm. No items listed and the last reviews posted were in January. Too bad, too; I wanted to get the shorter hooks.

Thank you for letting me know! The shop owner had hurt his hand several months back, but I’m not sure if he’s back up and running.

That’s up to you, hun. It depends on how long a scarf you want. I’d start with 200 and go from there.

The first "row" made no sense...but i'm probably getting confused by the simple and knit stitches somehow happening at the same time...
