No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake :: Without Oven :: Really Delicious Dessert Recipe

I made chocolate cheesecake that doesn't require an oven.
It is not difficult and anyone can make it easily.
It tastes like something sold in a dessert shop.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[diameter 18 x height 7cm cake mold (7inch)]
✤ 1 Layer Ingredients
- 150g (15ea) Chocolate Cookie(Oreo)
- 35g (5tbsp) melted unsalted butter
✤ 2 Layer Ingredients
- 210g Milk chocolate (35% sugar)
- 400g Room temperature cream cheese
- 120ml Cold Heavy cream (35-38% fat)
✤ 3 Layer Ingredients
- 80g Milk chocolate (35% sugar)
- 70ml Heavy cream (35-38% fat)
✤ Decor
- Shine Musket(It is similar to seedless green grapes)
✤ TIP
- When using less sweet chocolate, add sugar or powdered sugar.
- Decorate freely with any fruit you want, a chocolate pan, chocolate balls, or sliced chocolate.
- If you want to keep it for a long time, it is recommended to decorate it with chocolate rather than decoration with fruit because it needs to be kept in the freezer.
- If it is frozen hard, it tastes better if you thaw it until the fork goes in softly.

Oooh.... I made mini no-bake cheesecakes & oreo cheesecakes (your recipe) today....
The blender is really helpful.... I spent 10mins crushing the oreo cookies but it just didn't work & broke 2 ziplock bags....😭 It took less than 30secs on the blender.... 🥰🥰🥰....

-Mascarpone is made with cream, but cream cheese is made with cottage cheese. Try to find it in a supermarket
-Heavy cream is a kind of cream which contain at least 36% or more milk fat
-That depends on your freezer. If it doesn't stink (😂) and it's dry, you can use it. If you're not sure about using a freezer, use a fridge 😊
