How do you measure speed?

Speed can be calculated using basic Mathematics, take a reference point on track. Track the time taken by train to cross that point, No of coaches in train and Train loco type. Then put these details in any Train speed calculation app.

After COVID IR came up with a policy of introducing Clones of trains which are having big demand. As these trains predominantly contain Humsafar livery coaches. So the term Clone Humsafar came into picture for these Clone trains.
Why they are still using diesel locos?
Because certain sections are still not completely Electrified
