I’ve owned the a7iv for two years. Decided to try the a7cii and for me, it’s a better camera. Small, amazing auto focus and a great hybrid camera. I just bought the zve1 to compare and I’m sending the zve1 back. It has some advantages over the a7cii, but not enough to justify the purchase. The a7cii is a better fit for my use.
Sony A7Cii is no slouch in the video dept. as well. Personally I believe it’s the best hybrid camera out rn for the price. What lens hood are you using??

you made the right decision, I am still waiting for the A7Cii to come down in the 2nd hand market, I own a few Sony lenses. SOny 28,mm(not great but ok) that would be compact as well.
Now after using the 40 mm for a while… I think I would rather go for rather the 28 as you said OR the 50.
The 40 is just.. between what I thought it would do. But loving the camera !
The Sony Zeiss Sonnar 35mm 2.8 T* ZA is even smaller and more light weight than the Sony 40mm 2.5 G Lens !

@@FilipLjungberg I do not like zoom lenses, never use them, too big and too expensive.
@cameraprepper7938 I know but this is for my Proffisionel job (filming golf and events so I need for that kind of jobs).
