Nice tour!THe Copenhagen mtero opened in 2001 so I belive most of the elevators there are original! The hydro's with "Intelligent levling" have controllers + pump from Hydroware. the people there invented a ventile with servo, allowing abjustment of oil fluid that abjust the speed at will, thus makingt his intelligent levling. Theese were former deve people, and this was invented under the Schindler era. One the comapny were independent they made their own controllers so the elevators would works as supposed. a majority of hydraulic elevators in sweden uses Hydroware nowdays, at least in mods. Denmark have alot as well, as you can see. UK should have a few too (I have not seen an hydroware-controlled elevator having dewhurst - they rather use Schaefer most of the times)
+kriskolo2013 That one is a Otis 2000H. These stations opened in 2001 and had proper Otis lifts with chassis. The less deep stations have hydraulics and the others have 2 m/s traction. A couple of them seem to have been modded into gen2s.
kongens lift is excellent. vanlose lift is very smooth. you fund a variable speed pump at norreport's lift. orstad's lift is decent. christianshaven looks very relaxed. buddidge has a nice lift.
Oh and you definitely get fined for crossing on a red light here in the US too. Where I live, Arizona its $500. I found it weird that when I went to the UK nobody bothered to follow the law.
I have just returned from Copenhagen and it was great. I tried a few lifts.some of which are this video so it's twice as interesting for me. How much was your trip to Denmark? I feel the need to go again but overnight like you did.
Nice to know that (from the look of things) elevators at train stations being dirty, crappy-looking, maybe vandalized or a little damaged or whatever isn't unique to where I am here in Queensland, Australia. At least they have cooler elevators than we have (probably 90% of the elevators on the train network are crap generic Liftronic lifts with even crappier Dewhurst buttons.
+Uphoisting Experiences by Technicalboy3000 Airport security is very weird. They don't allow a lot of stuff. After making sure you are not taking any drinks with you, the air side shops charge stupid amounts for bottles of water. Also it takes a while to get through security. First you put your bags on the x ray conveyor belt. Then you have to walk through a metal detector, then past a geiger counter, then they wipe a ultra violet tracer on your hands to check if you have handled curtain substances in the last few days. Then you have to walk through a millimeter wave scanner which reflects radio waves and this shows up hard objects (such as a ceramic knife, which a metal detector wouldn't show up). Then you can pick your bag up and hope that someone hasn't walked off with your bag. On the way back my bag was fully searched. I didn't take my U key incase they thought it was a knife and I didn't take my drop key either as security will often put items in the bin if they don't understand what the item is.
very nice
1:27 Sounds like a shopping cart.
True
We have plenty of beeping and talking traffic lights here in the US. More and more pop up too. They're there to help the blind.

I've been here once in 2010. The metro is really modern and futuristic. I remember the kongens nytorf station.
It is spelled Kongens Nytorv
København (or Denmark in general) has so many awesome elevators!
It sounds the same as the dubai metro too but its more crowded there
We got two new metro lines now with some deeper lifts if you need a reason to visit again and there are so many old lifts about the city still in use.
6:23 the gen 2 that opens the doors before it completely stops!

@kriskolo2013 The Otis Gen2 is a safety lift, so none open doors before coming to a proper stop.

0:37 Back when Mr. Beno thought Gen2s were good lifts:)
Copenhagen is beautiful x
The lift at Bispbjerg is probably making the sound because it's Bispbjerg.
BISP BISP BISP BISP BISP BISP

+CraftHunterGaming - (Ong) in Arizona it is the same fine as running a red light. Same with California.

You should go to stockholm and check out our metro, it's not as awesome as the one in Copenhagen but we have very beautiful stations on the blue line.

That automated metro sounds exactly like BART Trains in California. Same propulsion?
+RedLight GreenArrow It sounds similar, I wonder what make this VF drive is.
If we have like this in Lagos Nigeria, will be a very good thing

That is the case in Sofia. They have ThyssenKrupp’s known as Alex EA which are *HYDRAULIC*
The sound on that one lift sounds like a bad wheel guide.
Is it just me or are there actually so many GeN2's in København?
I live in Copenhagen metro col
The Lifts in Denmark are really Cool and also with glas :D do you like the lifts in denmark?
I live in Denmark and I LOVE the lifts
Oh yes :)
@@danielbak7427 film the lift at the copenhagen central station it is a siemens hydraulic
What a prestigious metro in Copenhagen!
i was at that fast lift at kongens nytorv!
trafic lights beeps in Australia, same things. but sound is not like that.
Yeh. Ours go BEEP. BEEP. BE - BO BO BO BO BO BO BO BO BO BO . BEEP. BEEP. BEEP. BEEP it gets annoying after a while xD
Beno only you could just nip over to Copenhagen to ride some lifts and the metro and then come home as if it's just down road
+AMGamingHD It was easier to get to Copenhagen than to some places in the UK (such as cornwall)
its cheaper to get to Essex from Sheffield if you go on a plane to Berlin and then a plane to Essex as well haha hows your game going anyway dude :)
+AMGamingHD It is nearly finished. I will live stream it tomorrow at 7pm with rikki. I just have the sounds to do plus a few texture additions.
look forward to seeing it :)
Does the Copenhagen Metro system have fare/ticket gates? I didn't see even one throughout the entire video!
No
why can't britan have automatic switch on escalators
Does Anyone Else Think That The Metro Looks A Lot Like The DLR In London?
Is driverless in the DLR but the DLR do not have any platform doors.
Holy crap this gkass lift this!
So if you got stuck in a lift at half3 in the night what would you do
+Matthew Wills alert Button or android phone
Pokemon DPPt Music was used in Copenhagen Metro.
So when you went to Copenhagen all you took was your camera (and some spare batteries)?
+BreakingLimits//SickJamButter All I took was food (no drink allowed through security), my Android and my camera (it's lithium so no spare batteries).

ben text me on hangouts
It's very easy to faredodge: just take the lift.
ccityplanner12 There are no ticket barriers on the Copenhagen metro. But there are often random ticket checks. 🙃
