I have spent my adult life performing and singing also so it just further reinforces that certain things just stay in the DNA and keep going.

When I saw the Zimmerman ancestor in Iowa I was kind of hoping they would connect it to the Zimmerman family in Hibbing, MN that gave us Robert Zimmerman aka Bob Dylan.
I find it odd that they focused solely on the man when it was the woman and her children who made their way in America, not an easy thing to do as an immigrant. I guess that's why they call it his-story.
