Fasted cardio is the best way to drop body fat fast trust do a hour of fasted cardio in the morning and eat low cardio high protein during the day you will loose 1lb a day. Trust me I’ve done a few times

Reduce the number of sets you do per workout and go to the gym more often (aim for 5-6 days a week). That increase in activity is going to have a big impact on your metabolism.

In other words increase food deprivation to compensate for having to do less steps. Skinny cut or my feet. Like crippled but damn look at those abs.

Eat more red meat and eggs and your plantar fasciitis will disappear. Worked for me and 10,000 steps a day no problem!
