This is a great example of how training for performance gives you a very aesthetic physique providing you’ve got a low enough body fat. Not only does it look good, but you’ve also got practical ability. Awesome!
went into the video guessing 180, 115 and 220 for PL, and 19' for the 5k. I'm almost prouder of myself than i am for you xD all jokes appart congrats ! you're fit and strong :) i'm happy for you !
Haha spot on very impressive 😂 wish I was that good at guessing my own numbers, always seem to surprise myself and more often than not, it’s in a bad way 🤦🏻
Good video & work on the 5k & gym totals - impressive. I try and follow a hybrid routine of BJJ, gym and running so enjoy your videos and seeing how others manage it 👍🏽
Nice man sounds like a good split - I’ve never trained combat sports but one of my favourite RUclipsrs Mike Israetel I know is a BJJ black belt - maybe I should give it a go one time 😂
@@AndrewRussellFitnessyou should try it. You’d actually be better than some white belts since you’re already starting with a good athletic base with your hybrid training wear as others usually start while being completely unfit. Also after a while of training you could eventually start competing .
Congrats -- amazing results. Any reason that you're not doing weekly speed work? I imagine a weekly track session or some more regular strides could be a big help for relatively little time.
Mainly because of the time of year and no easy access to a running track. In the summer with the lighter evenings it’s easier to fit in speed sessions after work on the canal near my house. At this time of year trying km intervals on dark roads are not the one - also I hate treadmills 😂 recognise it’s currently a barrier to me running faster over shorter distances though so at some point I’ll suck it up
Upper back looks loads bigger. Nice work 💪💪
Thanks mate! 👊🏼
All I do is hit my upper back and shit refuses to grow. So annoying.
@@youMatterItDoesGetBetter that’s how I feel about my chest lol, my upper back is one of my strongest body parts

Love to see it! 💪🏼
Such a great body you have, nice work!
Respect
Great video
You don't look that heavy. I'd have guessed you were around 75 kilos.

What shorts are you wearing for the run part in second half of video? Trying to find good running shorts
dom mazetti had a great vid on hybrids...
Don’t worry I’ve seen it 😂
How many hours do u sleep in a day ?
Been pretty dialled in this last year with sleep. I’d say easily averaging between 7-8 hours 👍🏼
noce
I reckon do some body weight stuff
Just curious how long you gym sessions normally end up being?
3x1 hour sessions each week 👍🏼
What program increased ur bench that much?
Got a video on my channel about it somewhere, something about ‘my full week of weightlifting’
what brand of shorts do you train in?
Variety, I quite like under armour at the moment for gym lifts but tbh I have shorts from so many different brands
Poor guys steering wheel is on the wrong side.
It’s a new car as well ffs - must’ve bought a fake 🤦🏻
