I typically only listen to whisper ASMR but since finding your channel, your soft spoken voice is so relaxing I've basically stopped listening to everything else.
This was too interesting. I was trying to stay awake and consider what you were talking about. :) I've been especially aware of these same concepts since the first covid shutdown. That was the first time in my life (since homework at school began) in which I'd been able to hang out at home without that restless "should" feeling. AKA, " I SHOULD" be doing this or that".
I wish people were this gentle in regular life....
