I preferred this video to Shomu's, because it was made, using even more simple illustrations and also the overview on the right was very useful in terms of orientation. I also like to see the person that is explaining something to me, but that's just a personal preference I guess. Keep doing these videos please, they help me a lot!

how to make the fusion of Protein of Interest with BD and Other protein with AD? Put some light on comparative analysis in regards to other Protein-Protein interaction techniques, and help us to know in what situation Y2H is preferred and in what situation Pull down assay will be preferred ?

Pritam Chandra ... We have to construct a plasmid containing BD and protein of interest ....... And another plasmid containing AD and other proteins ..... Then we have to select those yeast cells which take both the plasmid .
And for an identification test we can use immuno precipitation technique and for ar experimental basis we can use Y2H system for protein protein interaction .
