Theses glasses are just a game changer for dry eyes, I have dry eyes, and my symtomps have decrease about 80% I can run now, I can feel the air in my face without worrying, I can be with my cats without feeling the cat dander in my eyes, I can cook without feeling the heat in my eyes, and many others things.

You haven’t touched on the fogging problem, it's pretty serious when considering these kinds of glasses as it becomes pretty much useless if it fogges up, you can't see a thing! how does their 60$ anti-fog coating do to combat this? have you had any experience with it? long term use?
The only time I get dry eyes is when I am sleeping. I wake up with very dry eyes and most of the time it could take up to an hour for the dry eye feeling to go away and sometimes they get so dry when I sleep that it stings when my eyes start to moisten up again
I had no idea there are glasses like this! I have been wearing swimming goggles for about 20 years, my main problem with them is fogging up real bad, haven't found anything that prevents that. How do these stack up?
I have a chronic dry eye condition (Schirmer's test 2mm and 4mm), and my left eye is giving me so much trouble. I've tried almost everything including lipiflow, IPL, cyclosporine, steroid drops, and i am running out of solutions. My next goal is to try Meibomian gland probing. If that doesn't work i am seriously considering trying out these glasses. I also heard some people say that scleral lenses are a game changer. What would you recommend in my situation? Do i travel to Rome, Italy and spend a lot of money to finally get a proper diagnosis + meibomian gland probing, or should i go with these glasses instantly. I hate this disease with passion. It is a life ruiner for sure.
Sorry to hear this. 😔 Is your dry eye more evaporative and worse in certain environmental conditions? These glasses are great for that. I also have a patient with a similar history that is having success with the Meibo drop.
@@DrEyeGuy Thanks for the reply. Well my eyes tend to be the worst while starring at screens for too long, or when i'm driving a car. Driving long distances presents a big challenge for me, and it is limiting me a lot in terms of traveling and such. I also noticed when i shower myself with very hot water, my eyes are so much drier for the rest of the day. Also, a very hot weather outside makes my eyes terrible. For some reason coldness suits me more. But for the left eye i feel like there's no hope anymore. Of course like for everyone, enclosed air conditioning/heating spaces are making eyes really bad aswell (air humidifier isn't helping). Hot compresses and eye massage also isn't helping, it actually makes things worse. I don't know which type of dry eye i have, because the doctors here are lacking the knowledge in this area, but their ego is too big to confess that. Hell, i even know more than some of them about dry eye. They only know how to take your money. I just wish i could drive my car normally one day without pain, that's my dream. 😢

I have just got these and was pleased until it was cold out and I got hot riding the horses which made them steamup.
Have you tried using the anti-fog wipes or other methods. That helped mine... not fullly, but it helped.

Get the probing done and then the lipiflow and/or manual expression. It's a game changer.
