Never a good idea to fit a cheap euro cylinder, if you can snap the lock as easy as that then anyone could. Minimum quality should be at least anti pick, anti snap, anti bump. The cheap ones are know as self opening.
Changed one out like this on an identical door but the cylinder won't lock the door for me .can't figure out what I did wrong . Cylinder is correct size etc .
the grunting fooled no one, the cylider was already snapped
dont tighten lock in till you have handles on and fit a snap saffe lock cylinder
What do ya do in the case where the euro lock was thrown away by some sausage !!
