Wow, this Mavic Pro2 went over 12,000 feet horizontal distance, which is above 2 miles away from the home point, yet it landed with 50% battery. This means that if it were sent on a Litchi waypoint mission that has been set to continue the flight plan even if signal connectivity to the controller is lost, the drone could easily cover 3 to 4 miles one way, and still make it home with 15% to 20% battery remaining. I was trying to decide whether or not to buy a Mavic Pro2 as an upgrade from my Mavic Pro1, but having seen this test, I am now committed to making this purchase even if it breaks the bank.
I have still not bought memory card for my drone yet. I use it like that. Which one will u recommend. Secondly, will it film on both the fon and memory card if I insert one?
Yes my dear. The phone recording is usually a small resolution file. The memory card or the internal memory is what contains the reliable quality video. Never use the footage recorded from your phone for any serious video work on less you have lost the drone whiles flying or you lost the footage from the memory card or the internal memory. I advice you buy any high speed SanDisk SD card and you will be fine. And yes, you can still have your phone recording whiles recording to the card as well.
The way to achieve that is to move your subject away from the background the zoom into the subject. You will be surprised how the changing of distance will give you better blur since your camera lens is not interchangeable. Also make sure to be a little away from the subject to give you enough room to zoom in
The price may differ depending on your country of residence. The name of the drone is Mavic 2 Zoom. Kindly just check on Google to be sure how much it costs in your vicinity
That was awesome brother. Hey man keep up the good work Sir! Thanks 🙏 for sharing buddy. I think you were flying the Dji Mavic 2 Zoom. I have this drone and OMg I love ❤️ it. Thanks 🙏 again for the great content and commentary. You got yourself a new subscriber here. I would appreciate support if possible. Thanks 🙏 for all you do and please keep flying.
The conditions makes all the difference. What DJI post on their site is usually from lab conditions which are mostly perfect conditions but the real world stuff always gives different figures. I'm sure with the absence of tall trees and a clear line of sight, the results will be different again. However, it will still not reach the advertised distance 😂
This is your idea of many buildings and huge trees? 😂… dude, you guys over exaggerate stuff. LOS is directly related to distance coverage. So mostly in your tertiary, you have max 2 stories, which means if you go as heigh as you flew, you’ll be pretty ok and even go further… and btw, use metric measure over imperial, but afterall it’s your drone so feel free.
🤣😂🤣🤣 Really funny but no exaggeration man! if you have ever had a drone signal fail in the middle of a city you will defiantly understand that theory doesn't always correlate directly with practice especially when it comes to manufacturers like Dji. Anyway, you seem well vested in drones and I appreciate having you around. Anyway, no need for boring technicalities as the video is targeted at beginners and simplifying the concept for easy understanding. Hence, the context here is important. I hope you subscribe and stay around to contribute to many other videos. ❤👍
