So funny story on that earring. Someone noticed there was a K next to the Mex stamp. So I tested it and it came out 10k! I put a picture of the scratch and acid on my community tab. I was ready to throw that thing in the junk box and forget about it. I gotta check out my stuff more carefully next time 😅

Thank you! Yea I’ve been on the Deus 2 much more. It’s just a more accurate and reliable machine in my opinion. It’s hard to explain, but you can hear the size, depth, and density of a target with the Deus 2. It doesn’t really translate on video, but it’s like metal detecting with a cheat code. Also unlike the Equinox 900, when you go over a target and its sounds like iron, it actually is iron. The equinox made almost every good target sound like iron on certain beaches. I used to love my Legend, but Nokta seems so hellbent on turning the Legend into a deus 2 that they ignored what made that machine good in the first place. I feel like all the constant updates bogged down the processors in the older units like mine and really slow it down. Not to mention cramming in all those “features” really muddied up the settings menus. I think 1.07 was the best version of the Legend for beaches and it bums me out that you can’t go back to older software versions. That being said, I think the Legend is still a better machine than the Equinox 900 and most others on the market.

Because when you tumble the other coins with pennies it turns them all copper colored. I left them out so I won’t have to separate them later on.
