there are screws on the bottom of the control. You just have to remove all of them and it opens up ! take care when working on these . There are many small parts . Thanks!!

first step is to check your battery voltage . Next check your fuses /circuit breakers make sure you have power to your box on the chair. You should have 25 or more volts at the control box input.

I got the same issue.. battery voltage was 22v. controller isn't responding despite being charged.
