Venom' was penned by Stray Kids' producer unit 3RACHA (comprised of Bang Chan, Changbin and Han), who notably teamed up with American DJ DallasK for the track's production.
Bang Chan has a vlog from 2020 where he showed a fairly short clip of him sitting down to work on a track, and we got to see him working on a bass line. Fast forward to when the Venom track teaser dropped in 2022, some STAY went “wait, that sounds familiar” and jumped back to that vlog. Sure enough, Chan was working on the bridge bass line for Venom in that vlog!
lyrics by 3racha composers- 3racha, DallasK Arrangers- Bang Chan, DallasK 3racha is three members of Stray Kids that write and produce Bang Chan is one of 3racha and the leader of stray kids.
I'm so glad you came back to SKZ again!! please, please, please do "Side Effects" next! I'd just love to hear your professional intake on one of their more experimental songs
Venom is produced by Bang Chan (the one with the arrow pointed at him), the leader of the group, in collaboration with DallasK. There are few songs without Chan's hand in the production. 3racha (Chan, Changbin-starts the song, Han-fast rapper before second prechorus) do most of the writing for the group and the others also chip in at times.
This is one of my favorite Stray Kids tracks. I like how it actually sounds sticky, like a spiderweb. Their production is always unique! Not all of it always hits for me, but if you want to hear some of their other experimental tracks, I recommend Tortise and the Hare, Maze of Memories, Side Effects, Chronosaurus.
I'd like to see your take on 3 of their more experimental songs Tortise and the hare (lyric vid only available) Side Effects (MV available) Maze of memories (lyric vid only available) Their first takes are great to watch also (live) If you haven't done it yet think u may have but I reckon you'd enjoy Case 143! Really just pick any Stray Kids song (just make sure it's official and not something fan made as you'd probably know already)
I like your reaction and insights. Just subscribed. I hope you do more Stray Kids too. I've really fallen in love with their music. They infuse so much into a song and area always innovating - might have something to do with them producing their own music
Thank you for reacting to Stray Kids again. I really enjoy your Stray Kids reactions. If you're looking for Stray Kids songs that aren't aggressive anc focus more on vocals, I recommend: - Neverending Story - Cover Me - Youtiful - Gone Away - Waiting For Us - Ex - Winter Falls - Secret Secret - Levanter - Lonely Street Also Hyunjin, one of the members from Stray Kids, released two songs that I think you'll really like: "hey you" and "long for you". Please check them out.
Great choice, I love this song! I don't follow SKZ super closely, but as I understand Bang Chan produces most of their songs, if not all. Check out the song credits.
BTS is my main but Stray Kids, Ateez, and Seventeen are my guilty pleasures 😅❤ And both Stray Kids and Ateez are similar to me, in the fact they both have like hard-hitting, "aggressive", and powerfully unique beats/songs/dances that make for especially fun cleaning/workout playlists ✌️
I know people have suggested SHINee before and I will suggest them again. They're a second-generation group who have been going strong since debut. Now all members have returned from the military and got right back to releasing music. Atlantis is a great "newer" song to check out, and maybe fun to compare with earlier tracks like their debut "Replay" or "Sherlock." There's 16 YEARS of music to choose from!
I like this live version of Sherlock. The original MV is so low-res I have a hard time recommending it! 😆 ruclips.net/video/q0MN3oO5z6s/видео.htmlsi=NZi1De0B3qr_W_z0
Hi, I've been ARMY(UK) for six years and have been a STAY for probably two years. They are the only other group that grabbed me like BTS did in 2018! They produce their own work, I love their rappers (definitely listen to 3RACHA stuff, they are awesome), great vocalists and very talented dancers (and if you like high quality production their MVs are insane, especially "S-Class" and "LALALALA").
Check out Stray Kids - easy - miroh - leave - winter falls - cheese - actually all. Oh, I would like for you to react to Killing Voice - Btob. This is the ultimate boyband - boyz2men r&b kind of vibe.
Love hearing the points you make! You should listen to Seventeen. They just released a new song called Maestro. Talk about switch ups in the song. Definitely give it a try. Seventeen is also from Hybe Labels like BTS.
Thank you for reacting to Stray Kids! I recommend Freeze, Easy, District 9, Victory Song, Miroh, the song 3Racha (which is UK Drill)! LALALALA if you want to hear some Phonk! All of these songs are very fun, experimental, and bad ass!! It's Stray Kids signature sound. They produce all of their own music. The main producers are the 3Racha subunit (Chan, Han, and Changbin.) But all of the members have written or produced at least one song. Please check out more!!! There are a lot of ArmyStay out there!!
Glad to hear you’re interested in discovering other kpop artists. So some I would suggest are The Rose, DPR Ian, New Jeans, Mamamoo, Enhyphen, TXT, Taemin (check out Advice from him)…..
If you're looking for more Kpop artists, I bet you'd like Ateez. They make bangers too. I also love The Rose, which is an alternative rock band. Thanks for more Stray Kids reactions! I love their tracks.
Every track from Oddinary is a banger and just 🔥. I will continue fo tout the genius of 3RACHA. The Stray Kids discography is a compilation of tracks from many different genres and a blend of styles. It's what makes them so damned appealing.
I’d like to suggest checking out their Japanese release Scars and their song Levanter. You’ve only seen some of their harder songs, and they do so much variety and I bet you’d appreciate some different flavors!
You should absolutely check out Shinee, like other people mentioned. For Stray Kids tracks with wild production you should do Side Effects (its one of my all-time faves). For more self-produced groups check out Seventeen and (G)I-dle
Thank you so much for this,,Nathan..😄 You Just dont know how much this made me so happy...With stray kids,it s gonna be a hell of a great ride..and im sure ur gonna love this experience. Im really excited fr this.. Please do. Ateez next..
BTS, Stray Kids, Ateez, TXT, The Rose, DPR Ian. Taemin.......And of course Jeff Satur, the Thai singer, (Why Don't You Stay, DumDum unchained live version, Black Tie, Steal The Show, Ghost.....)
Sweet! Just gonna drop a random list here: DPR Ian - Peanut Butter and Tears; EXO - Hear Me Out; Red Velvet - Feel My Rhythm; Monsta X - Kiss or Death; NCT 127 - Favorite; NCT Dream - Broken Melodies; NCT U - 90’s Love; WayV - Kick Back; Astro - All Night.
Song/Artist suggestion: There is this duo in kpop named DAVICHI. Amazing songs and amazing vocals!! I would like to suggest their song "First Loss" Give it a try...hope you like it!
Thanks for reacting to Stray Kids ☺️ it really is a group fantastic and talented. You could also see: Victory Song, Item, Circus, the Tortoise and the Hare, Back Door, Hall of Fame, Domino. They are spectacular songs that you might like... Greetings ❤
This is the song that convinced me to be a fan. All time favorite track by them. Recommend DPR Ian he would be right up your alley. He produces, writes, composes and does the visuals for his music. Try out MITO: Movie it will blow you away. Also for vocals I think you would like The Rose. Rock group with some of the most beautiful vocals
Hey Nathan, react to Seventeen. Their new comeback Maestro it's kind of sometime! Fans usually recommend the killing voice but well it's 20 and something long (see it if you have the time!)
Stray kids never disappoint! Thanks for the reaction. Btw, it would be really great if you would react to recording behinds in album intros .You would see the way they work and appreciate them even more. Stray kids are so talented it's insane.
thank you for reacting to the kids!! they are involved in producing around 99% of their entire discography since predebut, so if you are interested in more mindblowing instrumentals i suggest you to listen to these songs: domino, item, s class and charmer!! they're my personal fav :)))
Really enjoy hearing your producer take on the details of their musical creation. I've picked up nuance I never even noticed! Thanks for your reaction.
They produced it. In fact, BangChan made the main line you liked while on a Live broadcast. Then it showed up in the song years later. There is treasure hiding in his laptop.
3Racha was part of the production for this song, but I believe it was said that Versachoi (pronounced like the brand Versace) added that wire being wound up kind of sound that we all know and love in this track. Love it so much! I would definitely love to hear you react to more Stray Kids. As others mentioned, Side Effects would be great. Chronosaurus is also amazing, but that is one track that 3Racha themselves did not produce from scratch - that track was bought from a producer, though they may have added tweaks in the arrangement of it. However most of their songs are produced first by 3Racha with possible assistance from producers at JYP in production/arrangement. Couple of other recommendations: Charmer (no mv, but there are lyric videos for all the ones with no mv), Megaverse, Lalalala, S-Class, Phobia (no mv), Blueprint, Easy, God's Menu (probably their most iconic song), Back Door, Case 143, Domino (no full length mv, but I would highly suggest also checking out the dance practice because the choreo is so awesome for this one), Thunderous. Mostly title tracks, but a few b-sides in my list. I could honestly just list all of their songs because they have such an amazing range of genres. A lot of their title tracks are hard hitting, but they have all types of songs. Ohh, one of my favorite is Neverending Story (AKA The Song that Never Ends) - it's an OST and they do have a live stage (live vocals!) that can be reacted to. You'd find videos of their initial stage and also fanmeeting stage that was more recent. Both are great, though I am highly partial to the original only because while it's fun to hear Stay sing along, if you want to just listen to the guys singing, the first stage is the better one to react to.
@@MakeGoodTrouble definitely not sure lol. I looked it up and I see DallasK on there. I want to say it was Bang Chan who said that other person added that. I can’t for the life of me remember from where I heard it though.
hi, the instrumental track is produced by dallas k and bang chan (chan made the bridge part's beat). 3racha as always composed the topline and wrote lyrics. so that sound you mentioned was added by dallask 😊
Their music production goes CRAZY. I think you will LOVE their music. Recommendation: S-Class LALALALA Megaverse Cover Me (no MV) Case 143 Taste Red Lights Double Knot (older song) Hellevator (their first song)

Stray Kids used to get a lot of "hate" for being cluttered and noisy in their tracks (which personally I love). They continue to push boundaries and ride ahead of trends. My personal favorite songs of their are Halazia, Guerrilla, Inception and each of these has a very different sound but are uniquely ATEEZ. I also ULT Stan SEVENTEEN: They fit another different role in my music brain (more theater/soundrack/pop sound) and they have an absolutely stacked team of talent (13 men who all sing AMAZINGLY well. Hi Sir. Again, I would like to suggest SB19. They are also worth to watch. Members are also doing their solo career apart from being in a group. Thanks.
There are KPOP groups that kill it with mulitple beat switches like Stray Kids, NCT, etc that you haven't fully checked out yet. It's the typical KPOP sound that could be unique within KPOP.

They've done genres that are rare in K-Pop like psychedelic trance and phonk. I get that you have good intentions with your comment, but it honestly sounds like you're giving a backhanded compliment. Stray Kids did not study BTS nor are they imitating BTS' sound. Not a single BTS song sounds like Side Effects, God's Menu, Back Door, Maniac, S-Class, The Tortoise and The Hare, Megaverse or 3rd Eye.

That is not true
Sorry. But you said you will react to bts's mikrokosmos live performance. And I was expecting it.....
People arent here to please you. You know that, right??
@@cindymx02 you just pleased me by replying on my comment. I just said what he said that he will do and spoke my mind. It has nothing to do with pleasing me. But either way you pleased me by giving me your attention on my comment. So luv ya for that.
