When it's very normal for every k-pop group to not have perfect vocalists from the beginning onwards, slowly they work towards it and achieve being perfect But for SKZ it was.......hmm.....you know something big happened at their beginning stage and every member was struggling, despair and depressed about their future. Some were doubting if they would be able to perform tomorrow, would Fans will be there for them. Will they be allowed to live their dream. They all were blaming themselves. So everyone was working way more than they needed to. Seungmin took it on himself & was practicing until late 4 am and would take private vocal classes (extra to the lessons provided by the company) You should note that they all were very young Chan was worried about his members because they would practice till early hours and then they would wake up and go to school. When he himself has worsened his insomnia not sleeping for days and just composing music constantly Lee know : "even after schedules or dance practice or in the middle of the night, I saw seungmin getting lessons or practicing alone a lot.
