Wow, this looks great, so many nice details. I actually like that they chose to go with a lighter color wood, it looks very nice and relaxing like a spa almost. That's Manta Ray design is really cool too. I wish I was friends with the McSwain Glassier Party 🤣 Great job as with the videos as usual Paul and Amy!
The original DVC resorts had one more bathroom than there were bedrooms in the 1, 2, and 3 bedroom DVC units. I believe Disney then reduced the number of bathrooms in further DVC units. I noticed that in the Polynesian Tower, they are back to each bedroom having its own bathroom and 1 more for those in the living room. I appreciate the return to more bathrooms.
Thanks. Your content makes my day and inspires me to plan another Disney trip. The fitout reminds me a lot of the copper creek cabin quality. I want those bathroom tiles and those bathroom mirrors… the Disney interior designers have really exceed themselves with this property.
Rough view for that many points, but the accommodations inside are gorgeous. Theme park view premium in points may be worth it for this tier of room. Unless you’ll be at the park, in which case I’d just step down in room category. I’m sure there’s an audience for this though.
I love the subtle Moana details in this room, and the layout is quite spacious. As a hotel room in and of itself, it definitely seems like a nice place to stay. Your tour presented the room well, and were I looking to get a contract at Polynesian, I would definitely want to buy enough points to let me stay in this villa. However, as someone who's already experiencing DVC membership benefits, if I'm spending that many DVC points for the trip, I would probably opt for Aulani or just the main Polynesian instead of the Island Tower. The Preferred View looking out over the roadway instead of Bay Lake also feels like they priced it higher than it should be, even with the eventual result being a golf course view. Hopefully, the points per night come down a little bit once the bloom is off the rose a little bit.
I have a feeling this is a similar cash value as the presidential suite in the Tonga building if not even more expensive. I know this one has a kitchen but I think the Tonga building suites are more my preference. Now I just need to win the lottery lol.
Still need a little more color to highlight the decor pieces. I don't need neon colors but subtle blue and green would be nice. Love the shower walls and mirrors.
Not convinced worth booking that at +40 points for larger living space and view vs book regular two bedroom. Would have been thrilled with larger unique bedrooms.
The Tower of the Overpriced Maui Sheraton is a joke for the rip off price they charge. Interior by IKEA. Bland boring plain and lame. Especially the so called “art work.” The new reflections hotel will be this exact new repeated genericness but instead of a few sea turtles you’ll get pine cones. Unbelievable.
Built by same contractor that builds Homewood Suites and Hilton Garden Inn. No heart, no soul, no creativity, no imagination. Same bland, boring, industrial atmosphere and design with every hotel everyone does. Cheap and generic. Interior by IKEA with some sea turtles here and there. The new Reflections hotel will be exactly the same. But instead of sea turtles you’ll get some pine cones.

Thanks for showing the room. Looks beautiful!! I love the colors.
Love the video, you guys always do a great job with room tours!

Thank you both
Loving the Poly Tower content. Great job

The room looks nice inside, a shame about the corporate blob building appearance outside.
