- The badminton clear is a powerful shot, and also a shot that is very underrated. This video will take you through two types of clears, a more defensive and a more offensive clear. Once you've seen the video, you would know the differences and when to use each of them, being able to play the perfect clear!
The badminton tutorial is brought to you by Morten Frost, the former All-England champion as the coach, perhaps he had the best clears ever in the game.

I really like these longer videos with more in-depth explanations. There's so many variations of different shots and footwork techniques, and there are many videos on how to do them. But there's not enough videos like this explaining why/when you should use these variations.
As always, Morten finds the right balance to explain his topic for the casual player to understand and for those players who are trying to develop their game further. Thank you so much for all your work on this channel, I'm always looking forward to the next one. *and kudos to Flemming as well 👍
Thank you very much for always teaching movies.
It’s brilliant that Morten is now my virtual coach. Really useful video, thank you!
Wow , that very informative
Good information Coach 🥰😇
I must appreciate....... Thank you
Hello Morten
Hi Coach! Could you please offer advice on how to control the offensive "punch" clear from going long of the back court? I love this shot, but tend to hit it out. Do you cut the shuttle on contact, etc? Thank you!
yes, essential point @
Tell me please, which part of the racket should be used the head or the centre? In this type of shot and in the other ones like smash. And why is it difficult for ladies to use a clear shot? What muscles should a lady develop to give a good clear shot? At which moment the handle should be pressed by the wrist for more hit power?

I almost always use the high clear to reset the rally
Could you tell me, where is your Badminton Court and name in this video , it is a good architect building.
Do we need to put the racket leg in front after we hit the shuttle
Is Morten still going to have time to record new videos for this channel, now that he's working with Badminton England?
