- F1 triple headers are hard work and in this video I'll focus on the travel side of doing 3 races in 3 weeks, travelling from Spa For the Belgian GP to Amsterdam, to Zandvoort for the Dutch GP and Milan and then home to Perth. I spend time on the road, I take 4 flights and a boat cruise around the Amsterdam canals.

Love to see races back to back weeks but what just happened is a bit too much. Especially when we have to wait 3 weeks for the next race. Feels like another summer break.
That is true but no one predicted the Russian GP to get cancelled so it wouldn’t have been such a long wait otherwise

Kym, these travel vids are amazing. Would love one about the credit cards you recommend for travel. Most of the other youtubers that do credit card vids are just comparing them on paper and I think you being an actual traveler who uses the perks and has to call customer support would be extremely helpful. Living in Heemstede, just outside of Zandvoort, awesome to see you take the same drive to the circuit I would take whenever I go to the beach!
I really enjoyed this video. You had quite an authentic trip to Amsterdam and Zandvoort. Not that touristy.
Oh and btw. Next time you’re at on of those ‘foodtrucks’ in the Netherlands. Try the frikandel. It’s another one of our signature culinary Dutch fried dishes 😂

Ok, important geography lesson for visitors of the Netherlands:
The track, and also the city of Amsterdam, is in Holland.
But when you travel from Spa to Amsterdam you enter the Netherlands in Limburg or Brabant. Then you cross through Utrecht into Holland.
Calling the country Holland is similar to calling Australia "Victoria".

So cool to see the G-EUPJ again! Flew the same leg on it to go onwards to Dubai. Always special to see such a livery at the gate! I've featured it in my little trip experience and seeing someone waay more famous ride on it, just made my evening.

It's a long way from terminal 3 to terminal 1 isn't it? We had 45 mins to make the connection and it was a good work out.

I can barely afford a flight a year while struggling to pay bills 😭 Kym just flies all over the world as if it was like catching a train. Doesn't do economy, business class, fancy restaurants & hotels. A life I'll never see.

What do you do with your Air miles? Also why dont you use a single carrier like Emirates (to avail more benefits and more possibly free flights)
They are horribly overpriced at the moment. I have millions of Qantas points I can’t use now so better to save money on other airlines and forego the point.
Is a “VIP” member someone who is subscribed with the bell? If not, is there an additional way to become a “VIP” member?
There is a join button next to subscribe. Click on that, you might have to be on a laptop, then select the VIP level. Subscriptions aren’t available in all countries though. Hopefully yours allows it.

amsterdam is awesome if you are a solo traveller. still ? dunno. other major cities have lost their cultural and their souls when the genfriciation happened. amsterdam is one of those places where you do the silly side tour. Coz it will be awesome. everything about it is awesome. just eating food and drinking coffee its still really awesome. everyones got an amerstadam story - right. its like Vegas and Burning Man.
I would think you'd get lonely on the road except for talking to the camera. Traveling with those other photographers shown in this video might not be so fun, though! Was that guy dissing you for vlogging?! 😳

It looks like a 24 race calendar next year. I'm sure you'll address that in your videos. It seems excessive and very rough on all of the people who are part of the F1 "circus," including yourself.
you should just talk about lounges instead of F1
1.97 Euro a Litre? Are you sure its litre and not gallon? In India it around 1.30 Euro per litre. Damm...europe is expensive.
Trust me, I live in Amsterdam and at some gasstations it's even over €2. On highways even more expensive. And yes: a liter.
