I remember when this thing was still 2.3 after the guns were initially buffed. Literally untouchable, every game. Outran everything, outclimbed everything, outgunned everything. Didn’t outturn quite everything, but never needed to. The ultimate seal clubbing plane.

You should play the Reggiane 2005 Serie 1, it’s at 5.7 as of now and with 3 MG151/20s and 2 Italian .50s with incendiary rounds you can easily pop 3/4Ks every game bc of its maneuverability. I have an 80% win rate and a 3 kdr with it because even my bad games are good

It's a 5.0 plane, be real. A6m5 is 5.0 somehow, best it can do is 20m/s climb rate. But this thing? 28m/s up to like 6000m or so. Zero wings? break when pass 740km/h. That thing wings? 850km/h. Out turns pretty much anything. Faster than zero. Only minus? Touchy rudder. 3.0 is war crime for this thing to be at. 15.0K/D, and did not even needed to try it. I took it few times to 6.0-7.0 and got 3 kills minimum there. Thing is being wasted sitting on such low br. Could had been lovely plane. But currently it's seal clubber. Not honorable.

I believe realShatter has come to the Japanese 12.7mms now, which is a real shame because that HEF round used to dunk on people hard

You have to try the hurricane with the dual 40mm cannons. Those things hit hard. I've gotten 5-6 kill matches a few times with that plane

I just started to research the Japanese Tech tree and The Japanese 12.7 MGs with Air Belts are a God Sent. The fragmentation round does wonders!
Just as a side note, the Japanese 12.7s are more cannons rather than MGs.
