I still couldn't delete the folder, and my account IS an administrator account!!!
Isn't there a way to apply the needed permissions to your Documents folder and have these privileges extend to all sub folders?
Otherwise it appears that we have to go through all this every time we want to delete a folder???

Even my account was an admin account but I was unable to delete files and folders. When you click "change", select the account you're signed in with not "Administrators", in Victor's case maybe it's that account, but you got to select the one you're signed in with with "find now". And NO, you don't have to do this everytime, when you select a Principal, you get full control and just below that there's a box you got to untick.
