man i'm glad you're back making vids again! I watched your tutorials for a year to get myself into reloading 2010-2011. i'm now hand loading several different loads for 30-06, 338-06AI, 45-70, 30-30, .300 winmag, 7.62x54R, and .243. I love hogdon! thanks for coming back online! looking forward to more vids!
sweet.. Varget is made in Australia by a French company (Thales, ADI) and the powder is named adi 2208 here in OZ. Great powder.. i use it my 308, 30-06 and 35 Whelen. Cheers
for those i color code with different markers for each powder charge . settle on a charge , then color code again for bullet weight, or seating depth change.then keep track on a 3x 5 card. on brass i use black , brown, red, blue and purple no green and no orange blue can appear as green and orange fades to much. stripe closest to rim powder charge next stripe bullet weight next stripe distance off lands. wipes off with alcohol or steel wool.
Nice video, would you have a suggestion on how to remove primer pocket crimp from military brass without breaking the bank. I get them occasionally and have accumulated enough to reload them now.
I have a video on that here somewhere. I use a deburring tool and even with a crimp removing tool which I have it's a pain to get rid of the crimp. A primer pock uniforming tool works but it's tricky and wears you hand out.
It's awesome to have you making videos again. You have been missed.
Thank you!! I missed doing these videos.
Nice work Ammosmith!
Jim...we need to go camping...soon.

i do the the exact same thing right down to marking the case.
I've dumped a box of ladder loads once. Got all mixed up. I like knowing what I have.

Sharpie is great isn't it? I draw around the primer annulus in different colors.
I know we do. I will know better after my doc appointment on the 16th!
