Hello! just wanted from the bottom of my heart to thank you so much for making your videos. I struggle with severe generalized anxiety. That being said, before I watched your videos, my issues made it impossible for me to fall sleep in any less than around two hours after I lay my head down. After being a regular viewer of yours when I needed some support during the day, I started listening when I would try to sleep. Let me tell you that I havent felt a calm and peaceful sleep like that drift over me in over four years. I dont have a clue how long it took because I was out that fast. My entire family and I were dumbfounded. Sometimes my anxiety is too strong for anything besides medication to calm me down. But at least now, after a few months of nightly listening, I slip away fairly quickly and get a good nights sleep more than half the time. Thank you so much again. I truly hope you have an absolutely wonderful life.
