Yep. Really terrible fps for the large map Urzikstan. Running the same CPU R5 7600 + RX 6700 XT, 1080p 165 Hz display, 32 GB RAM, Win 11 x64 23H2 - same 70s - 80s fps range in most settings. Goes up a tiny bit with some upscaling like FSR 3 or FXCAS to around 90s - 110s. With small maps, can get 140 - 165 fps. Wondering whether to try some Windows settings adjustments like Game Bar disabling, and config file tweaks

If you see, the real bug here is the low gpu usage. Its a BUG! I am sure. Hope they fix it soon.
